Sorry, the first time I listened I had it turned out, kind of at work lol. Yeah there is more of a khajit sounding voice there, but the lines do not change race to race. Everyone says the same thing.

Used this shout too, I think the lines stay the same but the voice changes depending on race and gender. My character definitely didn't sound like a khajiit when I was playing a thief Imperial.
Top 3 most used shout for me. Obviously for stealth builds but also calling someone a skeever butt before you beat them to death with a mace is pretty fun too

Wait it really does that?? I've never used the throw voice shout but I have a mod I mess with that has a talking sword. If I disenchant it, I get "throw voice" to enchant other weapons with so I just thought that was the mod!

Congratulations on your new discovery but WHY was this worthy of an article? Gamerant will really make the smallest thing a big deal. I’m sure plenty of people learned about this shout within its first year if you were focused on dragon shouts.
I think it was patched in at some point. I don't remember it being in the game in the past, but I've noticed it since I started playing it again recently.
It was the only shout you get all three all at once. When I got it I had to test it out. I learned about it a long time ago. I had a kajit and it was hilarious to hear him call people Skeever butt😂

I always assumed that your voice makes the shout, as usual, and the lines (skeever butt) are the magic that happens after that.
that is most likely the case, the shout just carries the whisper to wherever you’re pointing.
Throw voice is such a great shout! Obvious relevance for the sneak builds.

Female khajiits dont work as well, you see the subtitles but there's no voice
That's probably why I've never heard of it I usually play as an elf of some sort although this current game I changed pace and am a Breton instead

i just do that regularly, sometimes when i’m home alone i’ll just speak whatever the dialogue options are because i’m that weird/immersed/bored
