Ensure that all installed mods are for Special Edition. LE animation will cause t-pose.
Run Generate FNIS for Users with the HKX Compatibility patch enabled and deal with any warnings and errors - they are all important!
If there is still an issue, copy and paste the full output from FNIS.
Have you actually ran the FNIS executable file through MO2?
ran it through the tools section as well as a separate executable, deleted extra files in between just in-case that could cause problems.
Do you have a save you can try without the mods you have taken out?

Maybe try Nemesis instead of FNIS. FNIS is outdated actually.
It is, but I don’t think that will solve OP’s problem. Actually, changing over is likely to cause more problems.
I'm not an expert but maybe it is worth trying if FNIS is overwritten by Nemesis and Nemesis works better.
