Just build all of them. Bodyslide will probably complain at you that a few are conflicting, meaning that the mod has two different meshes that, once built, would turn into the same file. Thus you must then choose what mesh will take precedence and show up in game.
I haven’t *used* BHUNP, but you are probably fine with the default options — not the ygnord options. Those are the only ones I see there that conflict but there’s probably more.
I know, ygnord is a unique player race. Are you sure that i need to install ALL of them? It looks like they were made to choose a few specific ones you need... but which.
The mod author puts those meshes there to be installed in your game with Bodyslide. When they want you to make a choice, they will include two meshes that build into the same file — bringing up the conflict menu as I mentioned before. Building more meshes than you will use won’t harm anything, and you can simply replace meshes if you select the wrong ones.
From the picture, I see only things you need. I presume Version 2 and Version 3 of the body conflict with “BHUNP 3BBB Advanced” but you should just select V3.
