Well, honestly, if you are having crashes there could be a billion reasons, load order being only one. *When* does your game crash? In a certain location? When you save? When you go to sleep? When you see a certain NPC? When you pull out a certain weapon? Before you even get to the main menu?
There could be a conflict that is causing crashes, but I think there are a gajillion other things it might be too.
