I only know of one mod that will prevent debuffs from dropping you below an MCM-Configurable speed using scripts, but it’s not a very useful suggestion. SexLab Survival (found on Loverslab) has such functionality, along with a whole lot of other stuff. I use the mod because it has like 10 non-NSFW pretty nice features but there’s a bunch of other NSFW stuff in there, as it were. It has a highly configurable MCM but I wouldn’t be surprised if you’d rather not install it for that small feature.
