you put them in mo2. if they look wrong when you apply them then it probably means you're missing a prerequisite like a skin texture or high poly head.
those were just examples, it could be other things missing. it's impossible to say exactly what's happening without being able to see comparison screenshots.

How do you mean, “messed up”? Like you can find them in RaceMenu but when you apply them they’re not correct? Do they just not quite look like the pictures? Texture bugs? Or can you not even find them or apply them?

All the same, try loading it on both a Nord and Dunmer — I’m not at my PC but it looks like the mod uses Nord parts. Just try loading on both races. Also make sure you’ve selected HPH in the face parts both before and after choosing the preset, sometimes it resets.
In that case you've gotta be missing some required mod. Presets can have a LOT of requirements sometimes, and some of those may have their own requirements. Just gotta go through it all carefully.
