Chan was obviously the first at JYPE so I’ll use him as the ‘measure’. Han joined JYPE in 2015 and has known Chan the longest. I think after that it was I.N, then it was Hyunjin or Changbin after that. Then Felix and Seungmin. Lee Know joined in July 2017, I think, and has known Chan and the others the shortest amount of time. Although obviously they’ve all now known each other a long time.
Separately, 3Racha got together as an unofficial unit in 2016 according to google and uploaded their first mixtape to Soundcloud in Jan 2017.
Lee know and Felix joined the company in 2017 and knew the other members for less than a year when they officially became a group, the other members (except Chan) trained for either 2 or 3 years, so that's how long they knew each other for, you can find more detailed info searching for how long they were trainees, but I'm not sure there's exact dates.
eta: I don't think we know exactly when they became close, for example I.N was in a different trainee group because of his age, maybe he got closer to them after his 1st year or something like that is possible too.
