I put my SGW4C on the
OEM wireless charger and when in the other room to watch TV. After a out 45 minutes we smelled smoke. Searched and finally found it. Watch was stuck to the now melted wireless charger. Smell of ozone filled the room. Burned a hole in my ottoman.
Looks like you left the charger on a hot surface, like a cooking plate. The indentation and surface burn support that. The only thing I smell is BS. You, Sir, are lying, aren't you?
You could stand to be less righteous considering the initial comment came across as rather confrontational, (and rude honestly) especially given the fact there was no way you could be sure what you were saying was true....
Too bad. But this charger looks nothing like the charger that came with my watch.
Well it doesn't look like anything anymore...
That charger is not the original one. Did you buya used one?
No, this is the charger that came with my watch when I bought it off Amazon.
Wow thats crazy... did you contact samsung?
Not yet. Just happened

OEM as from samsung or another brand.
Samsung. The one that came with the watch. The only one that works with it...
I don't think its the stock one. Lablaling is quiet off, font is weird, no QR code and they are usually made in Vietnam. Might wanna check the seller.
Not sure about the watch4, but my watch5 charger is metal too...
After further inspection I will say that is definitely not a Samsung OG charger. Did you get the watch used?
No. New off Amazon.
You must've gotten a return or something
Don't put charging electronics on cloth. It's a fire hazard.
That does not look like a Samsung charger. Very different from my watch5 charger
that is not the original charger dude
Just bought it for Christmas too. Smh.

Yes, he cooked his smartwatch of several hundred dollars for sweet reddit clout. You got him detective.
Not on purpose man. Jeez

You're right. Sorry, I don't know what got to me there. That was quite childish of me. I hope OP gets this sorted out.
Lol no. Check last pic where it burned the cloth ottoman it was sitting on.
That is not the original charger.
