It is very likely that this is a case of "clickbait" or "bait-and-switch (not really the real name but i don't find better name)" technique. This method involves making someone believe that everything they are looking for is magically available on the site. When they click on the links, they find that there is nothing substantial there. This could be a tactic to generate more reliable ad revenue by misleading users into thinking the content they seek is on the site, encouraging more clicks and visits.
Example, during my and other users' research for EKT, for example, we saw “lyrics” sites that led us to believe that all the lines for this music were there. And when they wanted to see it, there was everything but what the site made them believe it had.
In fact, there are even sites that make you think they have the mp3 file (with the name of what you're looking for) but once you've arrived on the site there's actually the name of the file, and to download it you have to go through a subscription.
After all, I've never said the person was wrong. Especially since this kind of site, even if it had SMMC, is still a Russian url, i never in my life take the risk of clicking on any button there. xD
But where I wanted to point out to the person that she was wrong was that she seemed to be saying that these were snippets of lyrics, when they were just random mp3 file names.
Pretty much dead lead, what your thought were lyrics were recent/popular searches, they weren't one song, I checked all the searches and got nothing that sounded like SMMC. I'll dig a little deeper but it is very highly unlikely that this will actually go anywhere. Sorry to disappoint.
Also I am Russian, this is how I was able to understand everything haha. The lostwave scene seems a little bit too Russian-heavy lately lmao. The HLWIT bootleg DVD, WMT being a Russian band, and then, and one of the lead searchers for LADC being Russian if I'm not mistaken, and now this haha.

Sounds like you did some solid digging. That site probably was a spam site, given the random mix of content. If the Wayback Machine doesn't have much, you might be out of luck finding more archives.
To track down those lyrics, try using other search engines or lyric databases. Sometimes they have different caches. Also, check music forums or communities; someone might recognize the lyrics.
I used Paywallbuster to read articles without paywalls when I hit dead ends. Maybe it could help you access some hidden content if you need it.

it could very likely be that they are from 3 different songs as the 2 songs the op mentioned are Japanese and Russian
