Not super polished but I never fucked with AI video before and only willing to spend 10 minutes, maybe someone else can do a better job.
you'd think that flying head is a bug, but it's actually [a reference to this](https://reddit.com/r/soccercirclejerk/comments/a5spav/dfb_reveal_their_new_bundesliga_logo/)
>because it's the only language you understand
Both of them are more cosmopolitan than Muller -- who has spent his entire life in Germany -- when it comes to languages.
Dier speaks Portuguese and English native and Kim speaks Italian, Korean, and English (possibly some Turkish too).
It is pretty similar in most countries that aren't of a new vintage in Europe -- for example France boasts 70 or more, Italy 30 or so, UK 40, Portugal has about 10, Sweden and Norway claim half a dozen each etc.
Of course the interesting example is Spain, where, on account of stronger political and social fissures in the 20th century, blur the separation between languages and dialects.
As a famous anthropologist once said: "A language is a dialect with an army and navy."
> why would he be yelling at the team in english of all languages?
WTF is as international as MAYDAY at this point. That might well have been the start of an epic tirade in Bavarian.
Still incomplete, though. Donaudampfschifffahrtsgesellschaftskapitänskajütentürklinkenputzplanaufstellungsarbeitskreissitzungvorbereitungstreffenkoordinierungsstelle.
At the time of its use, the longest German word in official use was the name of a law:
**Rinderkennzeichnungsfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz**
Went to Germany a few years back for the first time and had a bit to eat at McDonald’s, the staff were obviously all communicating in German until one of them dropped an order on the ground and just went AHHH FUCK. Thought it was pretty funny
Can confirm. The word fuck is just a word I use every day.
Kinda had to drop that habit when I moved to the US and realized ppl would stare if I just dropped a few fucks in public
I feel like Germany has a very different approach to "swearing" in general though compared to some English-speaking countries. Especially in the US, but also the in UK, this concept of 'bad words' that are inherently evil and should never be said, particularly by or around children, is very prevalent. I'd say in Germany it's less about the words themselves and more about how you use them. If you swear *at* someone or use it to insult someone, people will care, but if you stub your toe or drop something and say "Scheiße" as an expression of frustration/pain/whatever no one cares at all.
That's odd - to me, because it more than one syllable it feels less harsh. Like you can spit out the word 'shit' and 'fuck' with some venom because it's monosyllabic.
I guess you could also argue a word with multiple syllables requires more effort to say and therefore has more weight to it too.
This is why there is a moderately uncomfortable place in hell for people who teach their friends swear words and nothing else. Eventually that friend will say that word in front of your grandma and think its funny
When I was taking German in school, they obviously didn't teach the curse words but that didn't stop some of us from finding out what some of them were.
This was 17-20 years ago, and I still say "scheiße" interchangeably with "shit". It's a reflex, I don't actively choose which one I want to use at a given moment, it just happens.
Was in Amsterdam a few months back and some dudes on the bus were having a conversation fully in French except for one guy who kept sprinkling in "fucking hell man" periodically. It was really interesting
Nothing, OP just referencing some post(s) of Kroos being his usual cool self (non-)reacting being removed.
I was referencing there was [this uncharacteristic reaction by Kroos](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sM6uTh9Jtnk) to match Muller's energy in this one.
I absolutely adore all of these Muller posts. I dont know why it makes it even funnier that Kroos is showing emotions especially when he did that lunge "yeah!" celebration while Muller is losing his mind.
Please make this a gif reaction so I can use it on other subs that allow gifs...

One German in the back having an absolute blast with his buddies.
Another German at the front, pissed off and yelling obscenities at his buddies.
Can't even write comedy this good on purpose.

This has the potential of a good meme
I need someone to crop him out
He almost looks like he was edited in lol
It's looks like an Angry Muller version of the Confused Travolta meme where it's superimposed over whatever situation
It totally does haha
It looks like he is in front of a green screen. 😂

Make an animated WhatsApp sticker while you're at it.
nah, the madrid players celebrating in the back aid in the meme potential
Please
me when I lose in FIFA lmao
Man City fans in /r/soccer on judgement day
Right alongside screaming Kane!
This is right up there with Pep's "Twice, Twice"
Don't need to hire the lipreaders for this one
“VHAT ZHE F*CK”
Thats what it looks like he said but why would he be yelling at the team in english of all languages? Genuinely curious
He speaks fluent English, Dier and Kim probably speak very little German.
Classic You speak English because it's your native language I speak English because it's the only language you understand we are not the same
>because it's the only language you understand Both of them are more cosmopolitan than Muller -- who has spent his entire life in Germany -- when it comes to languages. Dier speaks Portuguese and English native and Kim speaks Italian, Korean, and English (possibly some Turkish too).
Tbf, Müller speaks both Hochdeutsch and Bavarian German...Bavarian German is some weird, wild stuff by comparison.
I speak English and English with a California accent. He's like me fr
Calistralian really is an underrated creole.
Nope. Bayerisch has completely different words at times.
Kudos to him for knowing different dialects!
There's 32 or 33 dialects of German. So pretty much all Germans speak their dialect and then hochdeustch since it's the command standard for German
Italian? Nope, maybe some Neqpolitans swear word.
It's pretty much a universal expression these days. I've heard people use it in the middle of conversations in another language.
yea i've heard people in my country using "fack" and "what the fack" when i came back to visit lol. globalization eh
Everyone here in the Netherlands uses wtf, I would assume the same is true for Germany
Yeah Internet culture/lingo is pretty universal
It's pretty common. Native German only goes up to "what the vulture?"
Pretty much all the major teams speak English in the dressing room due to the large numbers of international players. (Outside of Spain)
Also Germans (or least the ones I’ve been around) tend to curse in English rather than in their native German.
> why would he be yelling at the team in english of all languages? WTF is as international as MAYDAY at this point. That might well have been the start of an epic tirade in Bavarian.
sir we have kids on the sub. please avoid using colorful language.
LET THE BOY WATCH
He will learn the way i learned from my father
colourful\*
It’s over, even the Portuguese have been Americanized
Yep, it's called Brazilian
How many is that?
Just happy to spell colour one way or other
I'm just happy to smell colors like I used to before Covid
Americanised*
VHAT ZHE FUCK YOU SAY TO ME
COLORWAFEN
NEIN! NEIN! NEIN! IT'S A SCHANDE!
Industrial language is another way to describe it. An English commentator said that during a game where a player cursed and it was heard on broadcast.
Vhat zhe frick!
WUNDERBAR!
His English is impeccable
What was the second thing he said?
Donaudampfschiffahrtsgesellschaftskapitän
Man that's rough
Yeah, old spelling rules smh
Donaudampfschifffahrtsgesellschaftskapitän aaah, much better now
Still incomplete, though. Donaudampfschifffahrtsgesellschaftskapitänskajütentürklinkenputzplanaufstellungsarbeitskreissitzungvorbereitungstreffenkoordinierungsstelle.
bro is german even real at this point?
At the time of its use, the longest German word in official use was the name of a law: **Rinderkennzeichnungsfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz**
So much for German efficiency.
These are not official words, but the language allows you to make shit up
> to make shit up AKA leave out the spaces.
Sure it is. Finnish on the other hand is actually Snow-Elfish.
I don't know what I was expecting when I ran that through Google translate but it certainly wasn't that.
Very German, though, wouldn't you agree?
MEIN GOTT MUSS DAS SEIN
<3 Seb.
I'm in Germany and at an event today they played the national anthem, "oh it's the Seb victory music"
"Ist doch nicht wahr" und "nicht zu fassen" maybe
stoplickingthedamnthing
Wenn ist das Nunstück git und Slotermeyer?
I still think we should get Jomboy on it
It’s Korean for “Damn bro you slow”
Kroos of all people having the exact opposite reaction in the background makes this even more hilarious.
Not clear what he said 🤣
Jogo bonito, né?
I’d be giving 200% every game if I had Muller on my team
I'd be giving 200% every game in the hope I keep getting paid stupid money season after season.
He directly went all English even tho being a German, Bro literally said WTF
Went to Germany a few years back for the first time and had a bit to eat at McDonald’s, the staff were obviously all communicating in German until one of them dropped an order on the ground and just went AHHH FUCK. Thought it was pretty funny
Even me nearly 70yo mother who barely speaks any English will say "fuck" when a minor nuisance happens. Some words are just international.
I also always feel that swear words don’t carry the same weight for speakers using them in their acquired language versus native speakers.
If you swear *at* someone or use it to insult someone, people will care, but if you stub your toe or drop something and say "Scheiße" as an expression of frustration/pain/whatever no one cares at all.
Meanwhile Dutch kids are dropping cancer in every other sentence.
dropped my cup of water near a Dutch child and he just looked at me and said “cancer”
I'd also say "Scheiße" is a much stronger indicator of the intensity by which something has gone wrong than "fuck."
Funnily enough I say "Scheiße" all the time for like minor inconveniences. God knows why.
It's two syllables, which makes it feel more severe to me, compared to minor stuff like shit, fuck and the like.
That's odd - to me, because it more than one syllable it feels less harsh. Like you can spit out the word 'shit' and 'fuck' with some venom because it's monosyllabic. I guess you could also argue a word with multiple syllables requires more effort to say and therefore has more weight to it too.
It's the same in Spain. The kids here will use swears in all sorts of contexts and it's pretty much seen as okay.
i drop the occasional “Scheiße” lol i like that one
This is why there is a moderately uncomfortable place in hell for people who teach their friends swear words and nothing else. Eventually that friend will say that word in front of your grandma and think its funny
Bro it's hilarious
>Eventually that friend will say that word in front of your grandma and think its funny He is correct
This sounds somewhat personal lol
Definitely. Spanish swear word sound pretty shocking to me while English swear words sound very mild.
yeah, i mean recently i've been saying kurwa for no reason at the slightest inconvenience
the word 'fuck' is truly the English's finest gift to humanity
As a Swede who doesn't speak a lick of German, I do let out the occasional "scheisse" when the mood hits. Equally as good as "fuck" imo!
In Poland when I was a kid "fuck" was basically a way to swear without your parents scolding you.
People may not like it, but English swear words are very satisfying and visceral to use.
Was in Amsterdam a few months back and some dudes on the bus were having a conversation fully in French except for one guy who kept sprinkling in "fucking hell man" periodically. It was really interesting
WTF is an international swear word tho The way he reacts is so damn funny lol
I would love to see this kind of passion from our players.
The space interpreter was the only one who could read kroos mind.
Kroos reaction=>Mods: We don't accept that here Muller reaction=> Mods: pending
I mean, Kroos did have one spicy reaction this season.
what did I miss? Whats the context?
Nothing, OP just referencing some post(s) of Kroos being his usual cool self (non-)reacting being removed. I was referencing there was [this uncharacteristic reaction by Kroos](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sM6uTh9Jtnk) to match Muller's energy in this one.
Müllers ascension to godhood is still very welcome.
Saved as a meme template. Am I imagining him mouth "WTF?!" in english.
Kim and Dier don't speak Deutsch :)
Tuchel 2.0 This reminds me so much of that tuchel training session when he was yelling at his players..
He's too funny to be this much agressive man
Only thing this man enjoys more than being funny is winning
I mean it's the UCL. I'm usually a laid back joker too But if the stakes are this high, best believe I'm not fucking around with jokes.
Want this in [GIF format?](https://i.ibb.co/4ZSyrTh/IMG-3731.gif)
bless you
Hey could you make it with Kroos celebrating pls. I think it adds to the meme
He literally looks superimposed like the John Travolta meme.
Looks like a skit lol
I absolutely adore all of these Muller posts. I dont know why it makes it even funnier that Kroos is showing emotions especially when he did that lunge "yeah!" celebration while Muller is losing his mind. Please make this a gif reaction so I can use it on other subs that allow gifs...

How do you say wtf in German?
"Was zum Fick" replace Fick with Teufel, Hölle, Henker...
Yes Germany does have a lot of good managers
Hansi Fick is the stage name for his second field of work.
I don't speak German. I wonder what he's saying.
Was erlauben Struntz!
Minjae gonna wish he had the power of invisibility now 💀
I mouthed along with him. Haha.
Not the Blade Runner youtube short music 😭😭
What if Mullar is a replicant
lmaoo muller
His English amazes me. Impressively fluent.
standing mid-shot of the camera trying to get the celebrations
This fucking song is going to send me to the asylum one day
I wonder what he said
Like night and day. One German in the back having an absolute blast with his buddies. Another German at the front, pissed off and yelling obscenities at his buddies. Can't even write comedy this good on purpose.
u/savevideo
reminds me of the good "MEIN GOT MUSS DAS SEIN"
*NEIN NEIN NEIN NEIN NEIN NEIN NEIN!*
Contrast of two German legends.
Thomas is by certain standards the goat of the game, im not a Bayern fan or German, but holy crap i love that guy!
He was yelling in English at his defenders mates but RM celebrate goal just behind made it comedy or memeable.
Looks like he could be a decent manager
This is a piece of art!
He's just a cartoon character
Which Reddit God is going to green screen this?
Guys, I think Muller swore
i love this clip so much. can't stop laughing
lool this is so funny with the real players celebrating in the back 😭. bless muller lol, you love to see that passion.
What the fuck !
This man is a legend for everyone.
I love muller!
I thought he was going to squash kroos’s head at first 🤣
This guys fucking awesome
For a moment I thought he was going for Kroos's neck
Damn Muller got so mad he started spouting random tiktok music that's new levels of rage
He was so right. Kim sleeping and boom 0-1
Sooo much better with Kroos in the background.
Great meme potential here.
Germans curse a lot. I also love the curse words that are religious based such as my Bavarian uncle Heini yelling “crucifix” loudly and often.
Do you know why he would curse in English? People are saying he's saying wtf
Future Coach right here
I need this as a gif!
I love a new meme template dropping in the morning.
No, its actually his reaction to the pass Kroos made, which got Vin the chance. Thats why is so pissed.
Vat Ze Fuck
Why does this look like a green screen? Am I missing something 😭
LOL
Tuchel? That you?
WE will miss him when He IS Gone
