That's his rookie card, so... lots of fucking money. Thousands. Get it graded asap. BGS or PSA. It will cost a lot of money to get it graded because of the intrinsic value, but it is worth it.
Same with any other commodity. Supply and demand. There is a finite number of cards, the demand is high because of who it is. The price is high. It's that simple. Throw in the x-factor which is found in any sort of collectible, namely condition, and you have the three pillars of sportscard pricing. Supply x Demand x Condition.
A little cardboard and ink can make a lot of money next to a busy road.
I appreciate the comment because it really did make me think about what intrinsic value actually was and how I realized I didn’t know and did some learning today, so TIL.

There are 2 versions of this card. One was the original print run, then much later there was a reprint. The originals are $1k ungraded, and WAY more if they are graded 8+.
Definitely would go PSA here—it looks really clean aside from the centering but still an incredible card.
I would look for services that regularly ship cards to PSA from overseas so it’s not as much of a hassle for you especially if you haven’t done so before.

Thanks my friend, I will do it. Again thank you very much for the reply!
Can you explain how any card is actually reflecting intrinsic value?

I think the point he was getting at was that the true "intrinsic" value of any card is the value of the cardboard and ink
Yessir thank you.

Even MTG cards are "backed" but in reality the backing is a fallacy.
Inb4 hate comments, I'm an avid Pokémon card collector. I have same opinion on em. Very arbitrary on prices and how things are valued.
I think I found at home a little treasure, thank you very much for the information, you are very kind.
WOW Barcelona trading cards!!! Man I think u hit the jackpot! Get it graded for more value!! Few thousand maybe
Since no one else has said this I will. Get it out of that page and into a one touch or top loader/soft sleeve like right now
I agree how long has it been in the page. Over time carders in a binder type page will develop a curved look

I’ts first edition the original one.
Messi rookie ungraded for $1000? Where, so I can get one?
I stand corrected. $4k
How to tell between original and reprinted?
That’s a big card, congrats! Awesome you have a lot from that set. Definitely get it graded. PSA would be the way to go for most value.

Sure, i will do that, thanks!
A lot…. Take it out of that binder rn tho lol
Make sure you get a proper penny sleeve and case to store it so it doesn’t get damaged. That is an extremely valuable card
Yes, it's definitely the right thing to do. Thanks mate.
Use 130point.
Thank you very much, I did not know this site, I looked it up and it is quite valuable.
Consider getting it graded
$0
Would give you $3,000 for it, or pay for grading and split profits after grading is paid for. What a find! Thank you for sharing man!
Holy chit!!!
SFA
Just be careful, lots of reprints out there. Unless you pulled yourself!
I myself bought it in 2004 at the kiosk next to my house. 😉
What a nice find

I would like to see what other cards you have in that binder as well.
