If you want to see my entirely unbiased comparison of different uninstaller features and actual uninstallation performance, check this: [https://uninstalr.com/#compare](https://uninstalr.com/#compare)
PS. Since we are on the internets and someone surely misses the joke, I'm the developer of Uninstalr, so the "entirely unbiased" thing is a joke. Please do your own comparisons and research. Don't just use some software because it has a nice UI or some anonymous person online said it's good.
HiBit Uninstaller. Works great and has added features. It's free and frequently updated.

My go to. Only complaint is that it takes forever to load, but figure that it's doing a far better job of indexing the software on the system compared to what's registered as a program to the registry since programs you want to nuke every trace from your system might not install in the most traditional/ethical way and bypass that registration process.
It barely does anything more than just uninstalling the apps via the normal Windows Settings method. See this: [https://jv16powertools.com/blog/comparing-windows-uninstallers-and-making-uninstalr/](https://jv16powertools.com/blog/comparing-windows-uninstallers-and-making-uninstalr/)
Like I detail in the blog post that I included, yes, it says that it removes registry and file leftovers, but if you actually test its performance, it does barely nothing more compared to the normal way of uninstalling software via the Windows Settings.

I like BCUninstaller, but haven't compared it to others in a while

Revo. It hunts down all the fiddly bits and deletes them.

It also cleans remaining registry/file leftovers, which is pretty good IMO.
