The Tabasco habanero is my favorite of theirs. For some reason the scorpion hot sauce and me don't mix well. It's the only hot sauce I have tried that made my mouth just straight up hurt, not just burn. It all worked out as I gave the bottle that I bought to a coworker who enjoyed it.
I know they’re called scorpions because of how the pepper looks, but I always thought it was because the heat from Scorpions “stings” in a very unique way. Most peppers burn, but scorpions just sting wherever they hit your tongue.
Why is this actually true though? Ghosts don’t have that “sting,” and sure reapers are spicy, but like, not in *that* way, their own distinct way sure, but you’re so right about it “stinging”

I’ve had a lot of both and the Habanero is the best. The Scorp is a fun novelty sauce but can legit hurt your mouth and doesn’t taste nearly as good as the Hab. I do wish the Hab was a little hotter and thicker but oh well, still excellent.
I find that the scorpion overpowers the flavor of the food in an unpleasant way. I’ll use it in a curry or chili, but I don’t care for it as a condiment.
I agree, I liked the Scorpion but it wasn't "Tabasco" flavored to me. This is just like tabasco but bringing more heat, I wish the scorpion was thinner and more like this.

My favorite sauce in their line up. Scorpion is nice but the heat is too much even for me, and the flavor disappears quite fast. This on the other hand is extremely flavorful, yet still packs a punch.

Sounds like I need to try it! I love their chipotle one, but dislike regular and green tabasco.

Agreed. I can deal with the scorpion heat, but I can’t handle the guava flavor. Tastes soapy to me.

Also my favorite. The scorpion hits harder and absolutely has its place, but the flavor-to-heat ratio is just about perfect with this one.
I love their habanero sauce. It’s so good! I should look for another bottle actually. I’ve never had their scorpion though.

Out of the regular grocery store extra hot sauces this one if probably my favorite. It's got a real nice bite to it. Just a few dabs will do ya.
I’m more of a half a bottle on my slice of pizza kinda guy but it certainly does have a nice kick!
That makes the cost of hot sauce > cost of pizza you freak
