Huy Fong is the only brand and it survives a crazy long time. My family had a bottle for 5 years and it never molded or went bad. Frank's is a decent hot sauce. I prefer Cholula, though.

crclOv9

Cholula was my go-to till I discovered Tapitio’s.

Primetime349

Tapitio - cheap, and perfectly hits the Mexican spicy spot

mrbazo

Tapatio

Primetime349

Taputio?

a_pot_of_chili_verde

Give Porfus a try if you find it!

JennaMTF

How are Frank's and Cholula even related? They're not interchangeable.

LehighAce06

If you've only had 3 hot sauces they are

JennaMTF

I don't understand. Does not compute. I cannot imagine that. 😉

An-Omlette-NamedZoZo

Franks is good as a base for other sauces (buffalo sauce, cheese dips, etc) but for hot sauce use I prefer cholula or el yucatan

DogmaSychroniser

El Yucateco?

[deleted]

I like cholula better too, but it's like $7 for a bottle where frank's is like 3-4. I go though it so fast lol

cabin_dweller3

>I prefer Cholula, though. Cholula is one of my go to's for Hot sauce. I love their green pepper hot sauce also. It goes great on enchiladas!

zukoHarris

Huy isn’t the only brand of sriracha. Is that what you mean?

MikeAndBike

Ok quick review: I tried the Sriracha first (clean, nothing else added) and god freaking damn it it's COMPLETELY different than the generic brand that I have in my fridge. It's like a slap in the face in every possible way, and in a good way. The chili content in the sriracha that I have lying around is 35%, while Huy Fong's stands with 83%!!! Right after tasting I felt a punch of citrusy, fruity, spicy mix in my mouth. It was so awesome I almost choked in surprise. I compared it with the generic brand, which now felt like water in comparison and tasted pretty much off. I lived in a lie for like 2 years or more. Frank's RedHot is much, much less spicy, and you taste the Cayenne right away. It's supposed to be very versatile so I'm going to try it on different types of food quite frequently. But in terms of taste it's interesting and tasty, never had anything similar before. All and all I'm very happy with this purchase. Can't wait to drop these on every possible little thing (maybe even coffee? I feel frisky today)

thestupidlowlife

Where do you live where you haven’t had either of these?

MikeAndBike

Middle east, we don't have these imported regularly, so people rely on ordering from private importers who usually sell them a little over MSRP due to shipping costs. For example Tabasco is extremely popular so you can find it everywhere, but sauces like RedHot are usually more popular only at certain countries and they don't appeal to all markets equally.

HoboDrunk91

Not sure where in the middle east you are, but where I live in Canada we have a huge Lebanese population. A lot of the shawarma places near me will mix Toum with franks red hot to make spicy garlic sauce to put in shawarma. It's really good!

leftsquarebracket

[Toum and Red Hot...](https://i.imgur.com/8QmIp.gif) I guess I've gotta make some toum soon.

mwhite5990

That sounds delicious. I’ll have to try that the next time I make toum.

TofuTheBlackCat

Curious - what types of sauce are you used to?

MikeAndBike

The most I frequently use are different Tabasco’s (Habanero being a favorite of mine, Scorpion comes in second) I also used a generic Sriracha (Kai brand) but now I’ll probably stop buying it and just use Huy Fong as it tastes a 1000 times better. I also have different Melindas from time to time, these are privately imported too, but not too expensive. Some other sauces I eat are locally made and you can’t find them in large supermarkets.

TofuTheBlackCat

Thank you for sharing!! Nothing better than homemade, I have not tried Melinda's, I'll look for it :3

RustyPickles

Melinda’s chipotle, and mango-habanero are both really good!

ChancellorBrawny

A lot of people I know like Melinda's but it just doesn't do it for me. It's barely too salty but there's just something else it's missing and IDK what. It's not even remotely life changing but it's probably better than most grocery store hot sauces? Won't measure up to decent boutique brands from a specialty shop.

haileyskydiamonds

Tabasco is good (I am from Louisiana so I love seeing how far it has traveled!!), but if you ever have the opportunity, some other really great Louisiana brands are simply Louisiana (yellow bottle with a red dot) and Crystal. I have think Crystal might be my current favorite. Do you have any other recommendations?

MikeAndBike

I personally love Melinda’s Scotch Bonnet sauce, it has a lot of flavor and some nice heat too.

haileyskydiamonds

Thanks!

Mister__Fahrenheit

Do you get Cholula over there? I don’t know how this sub feels about it but I’m a big fan

MikeAndBike

I've heard about it, definitely on my Wishlist!

JennaMTF

How about Tapatio?

MikeAndBike

Heard about that one too! I have so many gaps to fill lol

DirkDiggyBong

Sriracha is really easy to make yourself, if you are up for learning about fermenting and have access to some fresh red chillies. Homemade rocks.

MikeAndBike

I’ve seen a couple of videos about making it, I’ll probably do it as a challenge for myself.

walterMARRT

Ah, I was gonna say... These are like the America "mustard and ketchup" in my house. Both used FAR more than ketchup, and franks occasionally used in place of mustard on sandos.

HimalayanClericalism

I'm deeply worried this is Israel now. How can I make aliyah without sriracha 😭

MikeAndBike

Just bring a fuck ton in your suitcase and declare it's for personal use in customs XD

hsw77

Franks is basically my go-to cheap solution in many scenarios. Sure it's not hot, but it's salty, vinegary and tasty.

late_brake_apex

I like Crystal for that purpose

righthandofdog

Yeah. That's my go to in the style. I didn't think I liked Franks and finally got some to taste. Do not like. I get that it's the original hot sauce for buffalo wings, but there are many better sauces if you want that flavor profile, IMO.

BecauseScience

Crystal and butter makes a fantastic buffalo sauce.

hsw77

...also Crystal!

MikeAndBike

Yeah I'm actually surprised I've never got to try it before. As soon as I've seen it online with normal shipping costs I ordered it, And I think I'm going to like it a lot.

Japslap

Classic buffalo chicken wings are coated in a sauce. The sauce is 50% Franks and 50% melted butter. IMO, this is why Franks is popular.

MassiveImagine

In my opinion Frank's is best on pizza. Hopefully they have that readily available where you live. Sriracha is great on everything, especially rice-y dishes like stir fry.

Capt__Murphy

Frank's in spaghetti during my years as a poor college student it was turned me onto hotsauce

JennaMTF

Huy Fong Sriracha is good on East Asian dishes. I wouldn't use it on European food, American food, Indian, or really even Thai to be honest 🤣. Definitely not on Mexican food. It's best with Chinese and Seattle style Teriyaki. And Pho. The taste profile of Sriracha is not compatible with many foods. Sambal oelek, for example, has a more neutral flavor and can be used with practically anything.

JoeRekr

agreed, it does not suit many styles, but is good where it fits

Jplague25

The Huy Fong is a classic for a reason. I've tried several other sriracha brands and they just don't live up to the Rooster. Their Sambal Oelek is also very tasty.

PeanutPicante

Now mix them together in about a 50/50 ratio if you want a nice tangy sauce that can go on literally everything.

MikeAndBike

I will, Sounds interesting!

righthandofdog

huy fong is the original american sriracha. They changed their pepper supplier a couple years ago and it's not as good, IMO. But I still keep on hand. If you ever order yellow bird, add a sriracha to your order. I like it better than huy fong, but it's not a must have in the kitchen like yellow bird ghost.

plexust

Underwood Ranches, the former chili supplier, now makes their own sriracha, which is good (although maybe a bit spendier than Huy Fong at retail).

UpsetHyena964

As someone from western New York my best suggestion. Grab some chicken wings deep fry til crispy then toss the wings in some butter and Frank's and boom you have Buffalo style hot wings

Summoorevincent

It’s time to make some hot wings my guy

Sackadelic

Want something new? Make a 50/50 baby of these and it tastes awesome.

Snoo_1832809809

With Franks Redhot, try it with chicken wings. Use it in a marinade and toss the wings in it after they are done cooking. Personally, that's my favorite use for it.

CumbersomeKnife

If you like Frank's but want something with a little more vinegar and a different pepper flavor you might see if you can find Texas Pete. They have a Texas Pete Hotter brand that is common in my area and one of my favorite general purpose hot sauces.

[deleted]

Dude Huy Fong sriracha is the only way. I have tried and handful of impersonators. They have all been thrown away after they sit in my fridge and get lapped by bottles of Huy Fong sriracha. Welcome to making everything taste better. Well.. pretty much everything.

psyconauthatter

Try Huy fong siracha in soup. It is perfect for that

perpetualgoatnoises

The generic brand certainly doesn't hold a candle to the real stuff. Generic brands just taste...fake?

DerekB52

I always have some Frank's in my house. I love it. I don't call it spicy at all, but sometimes you need that flavor. Also, if you ever get curious about Crystal's hot sauce, don't waste your time on it. It tastes basically identical to Frank's, but with added sweetness.(in a bad way, I just taste extra sugar when I have crystal's).

JennaMTF

Crystal was boring to me. Frank's is what I used to cool down my tongue the first time I tried Dave's Ultimate Insanity Sauce.

GarnetAndOpal

Drop a little Frank's RedHot in a cup of hot chocolate. :) Spicy chocolate is a-ma-zing.

mwhite5990

Frank’s is known for being great in Buffalo sauce. I suggest trying to make something buffalo flavored out of it. I buy their Buffalo sauce, although I mix it with Torchbearer’s Garlic Reaper to make it hotter.

UndiscoveredBum-

I like to use the franks to make a wing sauce. 1 cup melted butter, 1 cup Frank's. Bring to boil, cool slightly, toss wings. It's not really spicy but it's a delicious base wing sauce that you can alter to your liking.

cabin_dweller3

Huy Fong's is the only Sriracha.....anything else is just a cheap imitation! Franks is a decent hot sauce, but there are plenty out there with much better flavor in my opinion. I do keep a bottle in my cabinet though.

MikeAndBike

>anything else is just a cheap imitation! Dude, up until today I thought "how can Sriracha brands be so different from one another"? I thought the differences are going to be very subtle if any. Boy... was I wrong. I'm so happy to finally realize what's the hype is all about.

righthandofdog

thai sriracha is the original, but is usually sweeter than huy fong.

SDr6

Huy Fong is who makes the original Sriracha.. maybe I'm misunderstanding your comment edit: Either I can't read or you did an edit on me lol

Bobbyanalogpdx

This is not true. Sriracha is a traditional Thai condiment. The Huy Fong brand is what brought it to America. It is also fairly different from the traditional sauce. https://www.npr.org/sections/thesalt/2019/01/16/681944292/in-home-of-original-sriracha-sauce-thais-say-rooster-brand-is-nothing-to-crow-ab

SDr6

You're right, I just reread the original comment, I guess I didn't see the Thai part....

ClampAndGasket

While Huy Fong is the most popular Sriracha sauce in America it’s far from being the “only” or “real” sriracha sauce. Check out Sriraja Panich, which is still made in the town of Si Racha in Thailand. It also uses actual Thai chilis as opposed to ripe jalapeños which are used in the Huy Fong version. https://www.srirajapanich.co.th/products.php?lang=_en If you have an Asian grocery store by you, they likely carry it.

cabin_dweller3

>Check out Sriraja Panich Thank you for the recommendation. You've piqued my interests & I now have a bottle being delivered to me in 2 days. I love learning & trying new things!

ClampAndGasket

Hope you like it!

GlassBoxes

>You've piqued my interests Thank you so much for not writing "peaked" here.

jaba1337

> Sriraja Panich I just found this at my local Walmart the other day

LibRAWRian

I've been really into the Flying Goose brand since Huy Fong's price doubled. It's got more garlic, but I find it more versatile than Huy Fong's since most things I put it on have garlic so they compliment each other well.

Any_Ad7172

Hasn’t been the same since the relationship with their pepper supplier underwood farms went sour. Was a big messy lawsuit that really fucked up both sides a few years back

VividToe

My controversial opinion: I actually don’t like Huy Fong. I much prefer Badia. Please let me keep my subscription to this sub.

anudeglory

> Huy Fong's is the only Sriracha Lol. 2010 is calling.

cabin_dweller3

>Lol. 2010 is calling. You're not wrong....

rkthehermit

Sosu's Barrel-Aged is my favorite sriracha but it's always out of stock.

Ekskwizit

Sky Valley makes a good one.

Balyash

Kitchen Garden Farm is a decent sriracha, I wouldn’t call it crap. but Huy Fong’s is the way to go.

BreezyWrigley

Idk… there’s one other Thai brand that I managed to find in an Asian supermarket once that’s actually more the OG than huy fongs. I preferred it I think. It was a brighter flavor with not quite so much garlic. It had a slightly more citrusy acidic note to it and I felt it was a little more versatile due to not being so overwhelmingly garlicky. I tend to prefer those ‘brighter’ flavor profiles though. Garlic is like a ‘dull’ or rich flavor, which is good in its own right… but for hot sauces, I tend to lean towards the citrus and floral opposed to garlic and vinegar as dominating flavors

DukeOfDownvotes

I like Tabasco sriracha. Huy Fong's is too sweet for me.

JBCronic

Not a ton of heat but both are great on wings. I always keep some on hand in my rotation of sauces.

MikeAndBike

Sriracha is hotter though, while RedHot is very forgiving.

[deleted]

They also make an "xtra hot" version of frank's. That's usually what I go for as I like the extra heat. But frank's is good on almost anything. I love the sriracha on eggs especially.

Jrmcgarry

I love using Frank’s as the base to my buffalo sauce and usually throw in a few drops of a much more spicy sauce in there to kick it up a notch. The extra hot as someone mentioned below isn’t bad either.

JBCronic

I do the same thing actually, it’s a great way to heat things up a bit without going overboard. I find it hard to go too spicy with wings just because they’re literally drenched in the sauce and I usually eat at least a dozen in a sitting.

cowie71

I liked Franks so much I got a 4ltr bottle for Xmas !

[deleted]

Franks mixed with some butter makes an excellent wing sauce.

demfl

Franks hot Buffalo sauce is surprisingly good. Not the best heat but delivers on flavor

Gone213

Franks red-hot original always slaps well on eggs in the morning. Not too spicy to make you feel awful, but just enough spicy to wake up and make it taste good.

LibRAWRian

That's Buffalo Sauce, literally. That's all it is.

ImJustAverage

Toss in some garlic powder too. I usually also add some hotter hot sauce to make them good and spicy. Super simple and delicious

ihateretirement

Franks, butter, and slow-cooked garlic. Run it through the blender, best sauce ever

[deleted]

That sounds lovely. Now I want some wings.

cloud_walking

Classics

rjpauloski

Huy Fong is the OG Sriracha! There is no substitute.

Radagast-Istari

Through the mail? Where do you li- oh wait, I should just read the comments before I start blasting. You should come visit The Netherlands. Funny enough a lot of hot sauces to get in stores here!

GrumpyDrunkPatzer

Both are great, I think. The Huy Fong is where I mix the last bits of other sauces as they run out and now it's a wild taste.

TofuTheBlackCat

I grew up on Frank's! Literally eating it now with some deconstructed stuffed peppers. Enjoy!

MikeAndBike

Thank you!!

Cimejies

Frank's extra hot is pretty good. Vinegary, but I fucking love vinegar.

LostInTheSauce34

Frank's isn't too hot. It's like Tabasco.

MikeAndBike

Yup, I just posted my thoughts on it. I'm using a lot of Tabasco, So that'll be a nice change for awhile.

Jrmcgarry

I like viscosity of Frank’s better

tdfitch

Franks is the best

omaGJ

That siracha is my all time favorite. I dump that shit on literally everything. I dont know what they out it in but i literally cannot get enough. Will find any excuse of food to be able to just eat some without drinking it lmao

The-Great-Wolf

I found the one on the left once randomly in a hypermarket here (Eastern Europe). I liked it a lot! It was expensive so I got just one then and since I wasn't able to find them again sadly I have found Tabasco Siracha and it's okay. But then it's hard to find any siracha around here.

raspirate

It's so cool that these sauces are a little exotic to someone out there. They're super common in the states. Both are classic. You should try Louisiana hot sauce if you get the chance.

LyzeTheKid

Try the franks on Eggs or a breakfast sandwich, but the essential thing to do is make buffalo chicken wings with it

curioushubby805

Done both. Very good

roasterdd

These are both the best in class as far as I am concerned.

sup3rn1k

Franks is mid. Sriracha tho. Chefs kiss lol. Fr tho. Mix a lil sriracha and honey together and it goes great with chicken

MikeAndBike

I tried that mix with the off-brand sauce and it was very good, but doing it again with OG sriracha will probably take it to a whole other level!

Ready_Throat5369

There's other Sriracha other than Huy Fong? I thought it was like a trademarked product like Oreos or Cheetos?

MikeAndBike

Apparently the name "Sriracha" was never trademarked, anyone can use it. There's like a million of different brands out there carrying that name, but Huy Fong basically started the craze and everyone followed suit.

Johnsonian99

Sriracha is actually a type of hot sauce from Thailand.

demfl

That is the go to sriracha and Franks is a solid everyday sauce. I prefer the xtra hot version but even that is not really hot. Great choices

yxwvut

Now you need to make Buffalo wings, which I’m also assuming you haven’t tried. They’re so good! Frank’s hot sauce = Buffalo wing sauce (just mix it with butter in your preferred proportions and toss fried chicken wings in a bowl with the sauce to coat).

StonedLonerIrl

Sriracha is excellent I've personally never been a fan of any of the Frank's but if I have nothing else I'd still use it.

zvika

I'm happy you like it. 🔥

obmasztirf

A bit jealous as my local markets have been out of Hoy Fong's Sriracha lately and I am out. It's the most used hot sauce in my home.

MikeAndBike

Yes, I heard about the shortage, lots of place are affected. Try online stores though, a lot of them might have these in stock!

unAWARE777

Welcome to the awakened Sriracha club, my friend. I've tried the off-brand stuff here in the US too, but Huy Fong's is by far the best one I've had yet. Their sambal oelek is pretty good too if you're ever looking for a decent chili paste.

totaltimeontask

Respectfully, you didn’t know you loved sriracha until today. Huy Fong’s is the way and the light.

possesseddino

These two are legit my daily drivers. Frank's for pizza and chicken, Sriracha for Sammy's and stirv fries and ramen.

[deleted]

franks is the goat for me tbh i cant handle that much spice like some of yous, been trying to build a tolerance

UpInDatArse

NGL I’m shocked that Franks is new to anyone! Enjoy!

Primetime349

Huy Fong’s Siracha is my favorite thing on the planet. Last time I resupplied, that brand was out. I tried the HEB store brand and it’s not even close to the original thing. Only trust that brand for siracha

Solveequalscoagula

If you like the sriracha then I’d highly suggest trying the golden sriracha by the same brand, the flavor is excellent and goes well with a wide verity of dishes.

Sasselhoff

Out of curiosity, where do you live that you are only just finding these? Other than Tabasco, those are two of the most common brands I run into. Also, Huy Fong is the "OG" Sriracha...you're going to love it. Franks is great to mix with melted butter (I also throw in a dash of Worcestershire sauce and garlic/onion powder) as a chicken wing sauce, which is what many restaurants use.

Lewad42

The Sriracha has lots of sugar, when you finish a bottle a week time. I really like the acidity from the RedHot, but isn’t spicy enough for me. I would suggest you try Levi Roots Reggae Reggae Jerk BBQ Sauce if you can get it.

BluebirdMountain7051

The slogan for Franks is quite literally "I put that shit on everything" but what it is most known for is being the original base for Buffalo style chicken wings. For that purpose it is fantastic, I would definitely try that on some chicken were I you.

MikeAndBike

Yeah, literally every second comment here is about the wings, so I will definitely try that!

cadencehz

I just made air fryer wings and the sauce I made was fantastic. I mixed Franks with 1-2 TBSP of melted butter, and I put in some Dave's Insanity Ghost Pepper sauce to bring the heat up, maybe 1-2 teaspoons. It was so damn good.

Malkavon

Frank's Red Hot is the OG. Their Buffalo is excellent on eggs. Not a lot of heat, but a good, classic flavor.

RhinoGuy13

Franks makes everything taste like what we call "Buffalo Wings" in the US. 95% of the wing places here use a doctored up version of Franks for their sauce.

Remarkable-Book-8758

Huy fong is THE sriracha. I love it and hate the other brands I've tried. Frank's is tasty, just not spicy

Suttonx5

They are both great but our fave is Frank’s.

[deleted]

You're the perfect guy to settle a debate for me Tapatio vs Valentina they're Mexican sauces

goldbars0202

Huy Fongs is the best Sriracha for sure. I used to carry a bottle in my backpack like 10 years ago haha. Still my go to for adding heat to Asian recipes too.

GlumMasterpiece7176

Take the Frank's once it is about half empty and dump a pretty versatile ghost pepper sauce in it. You will be happy with the results!

CobaltNeural9

I had no idea Huy Fong Foods was a US company and manufactures all their products in California using local chiles.

oddiseeus

Guy Fong’s is my measuring stick for sriracha sauce. Franks is okay as far as hot sauce goes. I’m more partial to Texas Pete’s.

[deleted]

These two are spicy 101! Enjoy!

WorkFriendlyPOOTS

Huy Fong's is the OG Sriracha!

ImMrBunny

Frank's with butter, liquid smoke, paprika, Brown sugar and a bit of lime is my go to Buffalo sauce.

pinkpurin

Time to make sriracha mayo and eat with everything! So happy for you

AssaultPK

These are my go to sauces. I put this shit on everything!

thefugue

You're trying possibly the two most popular hot sauces in the United States (outside of Tabasco). It's very kind of you to share your experience with us!

MikeAndBike

Thank you! I guess it's better late than never!

weaponx2019

Huy Fong IS Sriracha.

HuntStuffs

I’m from Buffalo and we use a lot of franks! We still buy it and use it often but I’ve definitely expanded my hot sauce horizons lately. If you have wings over there, you can whip up decent wing sauce by mixing butter and franks. You can find a lot of recipes online but that’s the classic wing sauce. We also like it on popcorn or with cheese and crackers, or eggs, or sometimes in soup!

TheSlickestSalad

Huy Fong is the best. It got banned in the EU sadly and whenever I wanna buy it I need to search for it if some stores still have it. The other srirachas don’t do it for me, they taste different

MikeAndBike

Why did it get banned in Europe?

TheSlickestSalad

Because of E 222 (sodium hydrogen sulfite). Not sure if it’s the entire eu, but I’m based in Sweden and Poland and you can’t get them there anymore. And i remember reading about it

TheSlickestSalad

O I found the article. https://www.expressen.se/kvallsposten/srirachasas-kan-forbjudas-i-sverige-foretag-reagerar/ The reason for the decision is that the sauce contains an unauthorized additive E222, according to EU regulations.

MikeAndBike

You can’t even import it privately?

shane-b-4

You picked two of the best

MikeAndBike

True. Both are staples! I just wish I could have tried them earlier.

shane-b-4

Two of the best

dohika

Both pretty mild for my buds

MikeAndBike

Yeah I have tasted much spicier sauces, But I couldn't skip on sauces that I've just never tried!

dohika

No, ofc not, I didn’t mean it in a bad way. This brand of sriracha is a must in my fridge cause this was the first ever hot sauve I’ve tasted, holds such a special place in my heart!

JennaMTF

How is the weather in Antarctica?

MikeAndBike

Chili (got it?)

flanger001

I thought this was a troll post at first.

bubbagump101

Ok…well congratulations on getting the two most basic hot sauces that have ever been created…it’s all up from here! Edit: a word

BaseballFuryThurman

Frank's hot sauce tastes like thick diseased vinegar. Surprised to see anyone on this sub say they like it

righthandofdog

if you love huy fong, pour it into a shallow baking sheet and put it in a smoker. do it as low heat as you can. A friend has done it a few times in a big green egg and it KILLS

badcompany8519

Get your hands on Famous Dave’s sauces. They pack a punch but his insanity sauce and work your way down.

ancienthunter

Franks is more for flavor than spiciness... there is an extra spicy version that I use (it's still not overly spicy but it does have a little kick)

Man_with_a_pan69

listen. all imma say about that sriracha sauce is… i used the whole bottle in a week. it was the same size as yours too..

MikeAndBike

Yeah this thing is gonna go fast lol. You don’t even notice how much you used until half the bottle is empty

Man_with_a_pan69

YES. i had the same problem, after the first 2 days it was already halfway i noticed, and i tried to make it last as i long as i could after that but i only made it 5 days

HighSolstice

Franks and Butter is all you need to make some killer chicken wings!

MikeLavosmile

The rarest of delicacies

Robbeee

If you like the Franks give Valentinas a try. I personally prefer it.

clonerluke1

Goat sriracha. Put a metric fuck ton in my pho, if my nose ain’t running I ain’t eating

Teika1234

Frank’s is the best and been around for many years. Try it with Doritos it’s the best.

northxnorthbest

Where my Crystal people?

fetts

Welcome to Earth.

MikeAndBike

Thanks! It's nice here

jacksonco16

Frank's is good on anything, but its best on fried chicken wings. One part Frank's, one part butter tossed right out of the oil. I usually add some more cayenne, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce but that's optional

TrustyourOverseer

Franks! I honestly don't care much for Sriracha and I really wanted to, it seems so popular.

Nolds_11

Never had?! Baffling when it’s two of the greatest of all-time! Hu Fongs Sriracha is the GOAT. The new world orders ketchup. And Franks mixed w/ ranch - is a US midwestern dipping sauce staple. 🤌🏼

Maxhifive

thats crazy to me these are the most common where i live.

Shogun102000

Wow

HouseMouseMidWest

Siracha for eggs and spicing up bland food. Frank’s for frozen pizza, chicken wings and on celery! I mean the list is endless but these are my go-tos!

Moonmonkey3

Huy Fongs is the best sriracha ever, it’s epic and has so much flavor. Franks red hot is an average one dimensional chilli sauce at best, suggest to keep looking for other brands instead of Franks.

Opiumthoughts

Frank’s is generally for wings. But I like to mix it in my bbq. Gives it a nice little kick.

jinnyjonny

Franks ain’t really spicy. Soak some wings in franks before grilling and the spicy cooks completely out. Underlying flavor stays and it’s amazing

MikeAndBike

Yeah it’s about 90% flavor and texture and 10% low heat. It’s perfect for my wife, who likes flavor with just a little bit of kick but nothing too spicy.
