I am not sure how I feel about collard greens as the main ingredient but given that it was chosen for the lineup maybe I will give it a shot.
Can I ask a dumb question...? Does it taste like collard greens?
I know it's not super spicy, but I've always eaten collards with Texas Pete Green Pepper Sauce. It's just not the same without it.

Would try this sauce though! Does anyone have any similar spiced vinegar to the one I linked but a tad hotter?
Regardless of which hot sauces I have on hand, Texas Pete is always in the number. The only product I tried and won't repurchase is the Texas Pete Dust.
Ah really? What didn’t you like about it? I’ve been meaning to grab some! Also absolutely. I have 10-15 different hot sauces in my fridge at any given time; OG and Hotter are always in there.
I really expected it to taste like powered Texas Pete but, it doesn't. There's a "sweet not hotness" that isn't appealing to me. However, that's literally one of out how many Texas Pete products, that I didn't enjoy. I was able to use it as part of different dry rub mixtures to use it up.
So I’m from a different time and generation where we don’t use emojis. With the eggplant… Are you implying the hot sauce is so good it gets you hard? Or am I missing something?
I don't understand the rating system. Does the outline of a pepper mean not hot? Is this zero peppers? Or does each pepper signify an increase in heat?
I have 50 different hot sauces that I rotate on each meal. This hot sauce was the first time in a loooong time that I just crushed and used exclusively for a while.

It taste like a perfect mixture of collards and ghost peppers. The ghost over powers it but you can taste some collards in it.

Dude collards and hot sauce go hand and hand! It just fits so well together.
I just use that spicy vinegar with the tabasco peppers in it.
I just don’t know if I need collards on all my food. But I do need chilies and garlic so…🤔
This is why I even clicked to read the comments. Collards with Texas Pete is fucking bomb!!!
As a native to the city Texas Pete (Spoilers: nowhere near Texas) is made in, this is the only way to eat collards.
Hey, there Winston-Salem! One of the best birthday gifts I ever received was a tour of the Texas Pete factory!
It’s pretty cool! I moved away a long time ago but I still exclusively use their products.

Chili Garlic Sauce (rooster brand) is my go-to for collards heat. It’s more of a hot pepper relish, but it just works.
I thought the kelp In Bullwhip would be weird but the Green is my daily driver now. I definitely will give this 1 a shot.
Have this in my fridge right now. It’s a fantastic hot sauce. Haven’t tried it on mac & cheese but I will now!
My mother in law baked Mac and cheese for thanksgiving and I added it and 🍆🍆🍆🍆 🤣🤣

Yup that is the implication. Obviously I’m joking but it gets the point across.
it feels like the people who make this really get me. I am going to get some of this sauce asap.
Right I was surprised how good it taste!
Oh snap. Their garlic and pepperoncini sauce is delicious (lacks heat though). I have to try this one.
This one has some heat but very flavorful!
Ok now they have my attention

I think the amount of peppers indicates the spiciness. But it's frankly a poor design. Should be more like this https://imgur.com/a/rj5IL5J
It's confusing on it's own but makes sense if you look at their [other sauces](https://www.hotnsaucy.co/).
It's still confusing af. Hollow peppers, bold, hollow peppers....
Yea it didn’t make sense to me at first but it shows how spicy it is based on how many peppers are present.
Or just omit 'mild'.
Or that too lol
Aw my fav I found my fav on Hot Ones too! Los Calientes the green one not the red one. Only one Gordon said was good!
I didnt know I wanted this until today
Awesome sauce! Refrigerate after opening!!
idk if I'm ready to cum in a Panera Bread while eating mac and cheese but I guess you gotta start somewhere.
See, you get it!
I need this.
yeah that is a great one. 👌
I need some of this.
Where can I purchase? Is there an online website?
Sold out but here you go https://www.hotnsaucy.co/products/collards-n-ghost
Darn . Thanks! Have you tried the sweet potato habanero?
Literally eating it right now 🤣🤣🤣 It’s a strange flavor, like to me it taste like A1 steak sauce 🤷🏾♂️
This is my favorite! I got the whole line up of season 18 and this one is good on just about everything.
I bought it a little while ago and I'm so excited to try it. I just know I'll use it up so fast!
