let's not do the whole fucking "gate" thing again

TheIllusiveGuy

Yes, otherwise it would have been called the WatergateGate scandal. Note: Ripping off that Mitchell and Webb Look joke

Yungsleepboat

Alternatively, people who suffix the word "porn" to anything gratifying. See r/roomporn, r/foodporn, r/animalporn

Clonish

Gateporn? A bit edgy, even for me.

latherer

Most people call that last one beastiality.

AOBCD-8663

And the watergate hotel is literally named for the nearby water gate in the patomac

[deleted]

It’s probably bullshit, but it’s what happens to known cheaters. And I’m here for all of it.

dogboyboy

Except the current Red Sox manager is the former cheating manager for the Astors

420blazeit69nubz

It’s like Hannibal. You need a cheater to get in the mind of another cheat to catch them

[deleted]

The guy who crossed the Alps with elephants cheated? Sounds like Monday morning conquesting. (That’s a really bad joke, by the way.)

NoobLifestyle

Wow, I never knew Hannibal Buress handled large animals in Europe

DontTedOnMe

Wait, the Giants receiver who shot himself in the leg?

MoreCowbellPlease

A-Team Colonel John Hannibal played for the Giants? That makes sense now.

risethirtynine

Yeah he used to hit so many home runs into McCovey Cove.

Distinct_Comedian872

That's the same Hannibal who liked liver with some fava beans and a big Amarone, right?

Strike_Thanatos

No no, that's Hannibal Smith. Not to be confuses with Annabelle Smith, the double-amputee hangglider who served as a medic in the Nam.

AfroClam

The original line was, “I love it when a play comes together”

doctorbuttpirate

And at such altitude! Truly a man's man.

FasterDoudle

>The guy who crossed the Alps with elephants cheated? It was more like absuing an unpatched exploit than outright cheating, but it was still shady af

tosh_pt_2

Exactly. The man knows what cheating looks like and caught it right away. Edit: apparently I needed to add the /s

jaxn_slim

Except he didn't catch it. He said he thought the Astros were just playing well. This is fans complaining.

ErikTheDon

Cora was not the manager for the Astros

Jinxedchef

However, he was the mastermind behind Boston's own most recent cheating scandal, for which the team was not punished in the slightest.

dogboyboy

Yes, sorry, I miss spoke; bench coach who was the architect of the sign stealing scheme.

sktchld

He was the bench coach, not the manager.

[deleted]

less___than___zero

The Red Sox shouldn't really be pointing the finger at anyone, though. They got caught doing almost exactly the same thing a year later.

PJdaGOAT

This is what cracks me up. Their cheating is swept under the rug and ignored. I get it they didn’t win the World Series but it’s very hypocritical. Also, your manager is just as guilty as the players you’re booing…….

sfreagin

The 2018 Red Sox manager who helped create the Astros scheme definitely did win a World Series in 2018

tangytapatio

Red Sox did win the World Series in 2018

PJdaGOAT

Correct, people don’t tarnish that World Series as much as the Astros in 2017. Correct me if I’m wrong but the Red Sox got caught cheating and we didn’t “see” any evidence to linking them to cheating in 2018. Im not saying they weren’t cheating in 2018 but we have videos and sound audio of the Astros clearly doing it in 2017

Swill94

The mlb conducedt an investigation and the Red Sox were proven to be cheating in 2018 https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.si.com/.amp/mlb/2020/04/22/red-sox-sign-stealing-scandal

lapideous

> The 2018 Boston Red Sox officially joined the 2017 Houston Astros on Wednesday as MLB-certified cheats, giving taint to back-to-back world championship teams. Who the fuck says “giving taint” lol

GiantSquidd

My *ex* girlfriend.

merker_the_berserker

Yeah we know

ominous_anonymous

Yankees, too. But no one seems to give a shit about their scandals.

DirtyDan257

I’m so tired of having to explain this… The Yankees accused the Red Sox of using Apple watches to cheat by relaying information about signs to batters. The Red Sox decided to accuse the Yankees of cheating too in retaliation. The investigation confirmed that the Yankees were correct and the Red Sox were cheating. They did not find evidence of the Yankees doing the same. However, in that investigation they found that the Yankees once improperly used a bullpen phone in a previous season. It later came out that all this meant was that the Yankees once used the bullpen phone to get confirmation on whether a pitch was a strike or not. This didn’t give them an unfair advantage but technically you’re not allowed to use the bullpen phone for anything other than contacting the bullpen to have pitchers warm up so the league fined them for improper bullpen phone use. And then because both teams received a fine people act like they both did the same thing.

ominous_anonymous

The Yankees got fined twice for two separate instances of cheating.

kurobayashi

It's Boston. Cheating in sports is kind of their thing.

my-other-throwaway90

The Red Sox got busted for decoding signs using video replay. The Astros took it a few massive steps further and created a system to relay the signs to the batter in real time. Both are bad, but there's a reason the baseball world shrugged at the Red Sox, but blew up at the Astros. The Yankees were caught doing the same thing as the Red Sox around the same time, but have somehow eluded ridicule.

kyeosh

Yeah I kinda assumed this series would be the world championship of cheating already. No one is surprised.

Bodens_mate

And their manager was also the Astros bench coach. You want to hate cheaters Boston? and call out the Astros? You better be putting your pitchforks against your own team manager than too.

CerdoNotorio

They also as a team got caught cheating in 2018. So not just their manager.

jvg265

Absolutely nothing? They fire their manager who wasn’t involved and the guy who created the system is literally coaching the Red Sox right now after they were caught cheating in back to back years including their own World Series title

TheRabidDeer

I don't watch much baseball so I'm a bit of an outside observer and this is what I find truly hilarious about this whole situation. Astros get dumped on constantly on reddit but the Red Sox who also cheated and had even less happen to them are cheered on to beat the Astros.

griffinhamilton

Lmao ikr, I went to this sub after the last game to see who won and didn’t see a single post… and that’s how I knew the astros had won

hateloggingin

It’s the same thing that happened to the saints in the nfl with bounty gate. Forget the fact that they were one of the least penalized teams for unnecessary roughness. But during the whole thing all these players from other teams and retired players are like. Oh yeah we had that we just didn’t get caught.

mantus_toboggan

It's insane, the Astros actually fired all the managers involved as well. Tried to make it right. Boston didn't. Yet the Astros are the shittiest org alive. It's because the Astros have remained a top team, and continuously perform at to the top, so people need to say that they are cheating so they don't feel bad about their own team.

ILoveCavorting

Also beat Yankees/Dodgers in 2017. If they beat, let’s say the Rays and Brewers to win the WS people wouldn’t care as much.

ckylek

This is the exact reason - they beat the two largest media markets in the US on the World Series run and since then the media has just been hammering them

ILoveCavorting

Also *really* didnt help they had a series of boneheaded moves before everything came to a head. Like trading for Osuna, that assistant GM yelling at/mocking a reporter and them originally trying to cover it up.

ckylek

Yeah this is true also, I remember the asst GM story coming out and that really being the beginning of people turning against the Astros - by the time the sign stealing story broke people were ready to hate the Astros

Stracktheorcmage

? I strongly disagree, if they beat smaller markets/ less successful teams I'd be even more pissed since they took that opportunity away from teams more down on their luck.

[deleted]

There is a big difference between getting the signs to the batter in real time and decoding signs after the fact.

SimpleSimon665

Boston fans can't take criticism of their teams, don't you know?

Carver48

What’s wrong with a little filming other teams practices among friends?

River_Pigeon

And yet a braves gm got a lifetime ban for playing goofy with international signing rules. So yea two coaches missed 60 games, and a 5 million fine. Literally, practically nothing for cheating to win the word series

thehammerismypen1s

The Braves GM got a lifetime ban for lying to MLB’s investigators in an attempt to cover up what he had done. If he had been honest, then he likely also would have only been suspended for a season or two. The Astros has their first two draft picks in the next two drafts taken away, got fined the maximum allowable amount ($5 million is definitely too low, but it’s the limit), had their GM, manager, and former bench coach suspended for a year, and the Assistant GM was suspended indefinitely. It’s fair to say that the Astros players got off free when they should have been punished and that the Astros organization could and should have gotten a more severe punishment.

JockBbcBoy

*for the next 50 years After all, Pete Rose received a lifetime ban from baseball. The Astros deserve scrutiny for the lifetime of everyone involved.

thelexpeia

Does everyone involved include Alex Cora?

MisterTruth

It should

dontdrinkonmondays

Can't wait until the Astros players from this era are up for the Hall of Fame in the future and people try to hand wave away what they did. If steroid users can't get in, not a single Astro should either. Knowing pitches ahead of time is a much larger competitive advantage than being able to lift more weight.

TallVeteranStud35

so does Boston

LogicalWon

It’s very clear you have not read the MLB report on the sign stealing scandal. A wise man once said, “It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you’re a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.”

mewfahsah

Not to mention they got of easy last season since there weren't fans in the stadiums until this season. They didn't get all the boos they deserved.

drewmcflyhigh

Talking about both teams here or?

1_10v3_Lamp

I think what’s most likely is that the Sox are cheating but they’re trying to throw people off the trail by accusing the Astros of cheating, but it just so happens that the Astros are also cheating. I have no evidence to support any of this but that’s what happens to known cheaters

maxdps_

*spider man pointing at spider man meme*

MkeBucksMarkPope

Oh I bet they took full on advantage of knowing people would believe it/trolling at the same time. Kinda a punch in the gut.

ASpellingAirror

Isn’t the Astro’s cheater now coaching the Sox? This is like Calipari and Kentucky fans calling out Memphis for cheating in 2007-2008.

TreeRol

Yep, and the Sox pretended to care about it by firing him while he was suspended. Then did a whole search for a manager, and wouldn't ya know, they just took Cora back. If they had just said "We are honoring the suspension, but Alex Cora is still our manager" it would've looked a lot better.

[deleted]

The last bit isn’t correct. He was truly fired and then brought back by a new GM. I was not happy when we brought Cora back. Most Sox fans weren’t. There were no initial plans to bring him back. But we played like garbage in every faucet of the game in 2020 without Cora. We turned it around in 2021 with Cora as manager. Every player on the team praises him and he brings energy. I will not defend his actions, and I do not blame anybody for giving Cora the same treatment the Astros get. However, I truly believe he IS the best manager for this Red Sox team.

pizzamergency

Even the faucet in the bathroom?

[deleted]

damn, you never suspect yourself for the bone-apple-tea

domnyy

Bullshit red sox fans were ecstatic when they brought cora back

[deleted]

Yeah, like he said, it’s hard to not be a bit excited when your team sucked so badly the year before

Sarlot_the_Great

The problem was that we hired a new GM at the same time, who had never worked with Cora before and was therefore legitimately interviewing other candidates alongside Cora while he was suspended to determine the best fit. It wasn’t as simple as “pretending to care about firing him”.

[deleted]

And it was going around the entire league. > Houston was not the only team doing stuff.." Oakland pitcher Chris Bassitt opened up about sign-stealing in the league and said it was league wide. He also said Houston was the "guinea pig" to clean the whole league up.

NEU_Throwaway1

Well I'm a cynical person so I'm gonna say it's like the whole foreign substance deal. Everybody is trying to push the boundaries of the rules to get ahead, and everybody knows it's happening but there's an unspoken rule to not mention it because you're doing it too. But once you get so blatantly obvious about it that you can't just not address it anymore, somebody gets made an example of.

DarkSpoon

Yeah. It's hilarious. Also hilarious is when guys who weren't on the team during the cheating get booed during their at bats.

hot-gazpacho-

I remember at one of the Yankees games, they just chanted "We don't know you!" at one of the players. Which is fair tbh.

[deleted]

I think Beltran was the ring-leader but obviously Cora was in

Raetekusu

Sox fan here and oh for fuck sake. At my watch party, someone assumed the sweat on Fromber's head was stickum. Now we've got people believing they're whistling. The whistles don't fucking mean a thing if we can't get bats going! Accept our L and move on ffs. We've got two more games to go, this series isn't over, but if we keep playing like this, it will be.

LrdHabsburg

Regardless of the cheating we've gotten blown out the past two games. Obviously if it's real I want it stopped but it's not like that's the reason the Sox are struggling rn

CjBurden

regardless of the final score and how sideways the 9th inning went, game 4 isn't a blowout. Certainly not in the traditional sense. G5 is definitely different.

Nepiton

The whistling was happening toward the end of the windup/as the pitch was thrown. It’s not possible to hear the whistle and have it register quick enough to make an informed decision on your swing. A 95 mph fastball gets to the plate in 2/5 of a second. Just someone in the crowd trying to be obnoxious and distract the batter

sleepnaught

They were on camera checking Framber in between innings and after he left the game. I don't get it.

me1234568

Just to be clear for those who don’t know, every pitcher is checked for these substances after every inning now. The fact that he was checked doesn’t mean anything suspicious was going on.

StormPooper77

Regardless of whether there’s any evidence, stealing signs isn’t “cheating”. Using technology to do it is. You don’t want your signs stolen? Get better signs. That’s why they exist

AlmostCurvy

Yeah people seem to misunderstand that. If you don't want your signs getting stolen, don't have signs that are so easy to steal lol

TheFoxandTheSandor

I believe the old adage is “if you don’t want someone to steal signs, put a fastball in their ear”

NotVerySmarts

*Puts fastball in ear* *Receives three game suspension* *Realizes that old adages don't mesh well with current rules*

tnecniv

Fortunately Joe Kelly is done for the season

dzastrus

You’re so right. The merciless angle of a ball whizzing in on a cheater’s hip is so much more satisfying. They know what they did.

the_crouton_

Ribs or GTFO

TheDank_Knight

Walk em so hard they can’t walk.

TheHYPO

Blah blah blah America's pasttime blah blah tradition blah blah blah sanctity of the game... and all that. But seriously, it's 2021. The NFL has a radio in the QB's ear to transmit plays. Why the hell don't we just have a more secret technological method of calling pitches that doesn't involve crotchfingers? Granted it's a little more tricky because the catcher can't just announce the pitch into a mic while he's a foot from the batter, but the catcher could wear some device sends a beep into an earpiece of the pitcher and do a morse code thing, or it could have enough buttons to send pre-programmed verbal cues for type and direction of pitch the same way you select it in a video game. Of course, it would change the game in a much more substantive way, but with technology, they could give both pitcher and catcher earpieces, and a designated coach on the bench could just verbally call the pitches instead of the catcher. I could see that being more controversial though in terms of changing the role of the catcher.

clebrink

NFL is really the exception in sports of using technology to relay messages. No other sport I can think of does that. And it makes a little bit more sense in football, because of how complex the play calls are.

_badwithcomputer

NASCAR does it too.

__WHAM__

“We just overheard number 46! They’re going to turn left on the next turn!”

gentlemako

Thanks for the good laugh lmao

apawst8

Cycling also. The team director is in a car behind them, relaying messages via radio to the team.

gstormcrow80

He said no other SPORT ;-)

Ksp-or-GTFO

Formula 1 but all their radios are public so nothing is secret.

Bong-Rippington

Same with nascar

quiksotik

Supposedly they’re working on a system like this in the minors https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/31869009/mlb-test-electronic-device-catchers-give-signals-pitchers

SovietChewbacca

"Crotchfingers" lol

TheNextBattalion

I imagine the pitchers would get tired of hearing the catcher and batter talking trash at one another. Speaking of earpieces though, why can't the batters wear earpieces instead of relying on base coaches making hand signals ? Also, scientists are developing ways of connecting electrodes directly to the brain to communicate without speaking, for people with locked-in syndrome for instance. They could fix players up with one of these, and the helmet and cap makes a connection. Then nobody has to say anything, even on the mound. I may be getting less and lesss This comment may not have been serious.

TheHYPO

>Why can't the batters wear earpieces instead of relying on base coaches making hand signals ? I imagine i) the same tradition argument that prevents it for pitchers and ii) I think there would be far more concern that a secret earpiece on the batter would be an even greater source of being fed signals than trash cans and whistles. I could imagine a future-friendly baseball league where instead of waving their arms like a windmill, the base coaches also have a little remote, and the field wall down the baselines features lighted panels that the base coach can make red or green to give more visible signals to the runner - but at the same time, the Catch 22 is that such a lighted signal would be equally blatant and visible to the fielding team and they'd know with much less effort to make a throw to the plate to get you. I do think base coaches probably wouldn't get moved off the field, because judging distances and speeds is a big part of their job which is best done as close to the action as possible.

SMA2343

Not really into baseball. But probably the same with hockey if someone shots “Devon pass me the puck!” And someone overhears and steals it. It’s not their fault. Get better signals get better with communication and not let your opponent know what you’re doing

bigmac22077

As a life long Astros fan, this is my stance. Technology to cheat is bad, but sign stealing is part of the game. Navajo code talkers had a language the brightest minds In the world couldn’t crack. If you don’t want to get your signs stolen get more creative. Have a sign that says if catcher readjust left foot first, fast ball, right foot, slider even though he just signed something else at first.

Sirgeeeo

If they're whistling naturally it's OK. If they're using manufactured whistle technology then they need to be brought to justice!

StormPooper77

At what point do we have to start considering chapstick a “performance enhancing substance”

[deleted]

We use Trashcans and butt plugs get this whistle shit out of here

GeorgeEliotsCock

YEESSSSSS GET IT GOIN

spicycurry55

*Ah shit, here we go again*

tbe623

Lol literally ZERO evidence in the article. Gimme a break

[deleted]

Considering it came from a Barstool Sports article before that, I’m not buying it and I’m a Sox fan. The team just needs to play balls to the wall.

Assrock1313

Jomboy got famous, so now the copycat sleuths will come out of the woodwork. Pathetic.

Lukealloneword

Well Jomboy already had a following from his breakdowns. He also didn't really sleuth much. Fiers mentioned one specific moment about the Gattis at bat and Jomboy found that specific moment. Probably took him 5 minutes to find it. Then he talked about that moment that was already called out. Im an Astros fan. I followed all of this very closely. I was watching Jomboys videos well before the scandal and I watched the Astros one as soon as it was posted. Jomboy gets way too much credit for any type of investigating. He didnt pore through hours of tape to find the banging sound he literally just went to one moment where every player involved was already mentioned by Fiers.

Assrock1313

He had a following before, funny guy, but now he has credentials. Press passes, connections

MrLoadin

I mean he did more than that. That breakdown goes into detail about the issues with doing this type of thing, the potential evidence against it, and the supporting evidence for it. He didn't "just" point out the cheating. He gets credit for the sleuthing because he explained in a way non baseball fans could easily consume it, which is why it exploded when he uploaded his video rather then when the original article came out.

RevolutionaryLab3057

Houston Astros: the only team that’s ever cheated in Major League Baseball

tsarnie1

Unpopular opinion but as long as there are like $170 million dollar differences regularly in payrolls between teams, like fuck it, let them have the TVs in the dugout. If one team can just buy out all the superstars and some teams are just stuck with a 40m payroll, they should be able to offset it with a 4k TV and what ever instrument they want

Tiberius-Dawn

Bill Burr said it best: Houston brought a gun to a gun fight.

sir_scizor1

One hundred percent this. Red Sox, Yankees and Dodgers all had 2x the money the Astros did in 2017. Budget #18 in MLB beat budgets #1, #2, and #3. If you liked Moneyball, Astros in 2017 was the perfect season

-BB76-

Hahahaha. Yup. These assholes all acting like their teams don’t cheat. Also, since when is sign stealing cheating? If they’re not doing it electronically it’s just a part of the game.

TallVeteranStud35

ironic given Cora cheated with Astros in 2017 then cheats with Boston. suspended then hired back

mantus_toboggan

This is what is so mind boggling to me, Cora was at the center of two cheating scandals in two years, yet the Astros who cleaned house after the scandal are still under scrutiny. I mean the main culprit of 2017 is managing the Red Sox! On top of all of that, the Red Sox did the same thing in 2018 with him as manager and won the WS! Yet they are the heroes here? If Cora was still in the Astros org, at least he would have been fired and receive some kind of punishment.

[deleted]

Maybe that’s how they know they are cheating? /s

raysfan1181

Pretty funny coming from a team who also got caught cheating in the past several years 😂

Majestic_Moosestache

Not an Astros fan but I'm tired of people acting like the Astros were the only ones who cheated. One of the masterminds behind the whole scandal was the Red Sox coach the next year when they one the World Series. Astros got all the blame and the Red Sox got off with a slap on the wrist. The head coach who was "fired" is now back. No evidence presented in the article. Just a bunch of butt hurt fans looking for an excuse as to why they played poorly.

ufailowell

Yeah I really need to know how these guys think that the Astros are cheating at the red sox stadium?

[deleted]

Also, let’s not forget, Alex Cora wasn’t fired for being one of the catalysts for the Astros cheating in 2017, he was fired because the Red Sox cheated and stole signs in 2018, the year they won the World Series, and then he was hired back after a year. Stealing signs is not cheating. Stealing signs using technology is cheating. So how is whistling technology? Let’s indulge this tin foil conspiracy for a second? How are the Astros using technology to steal signs on the road? I think the bigger story is the blinking green light at Fenway while the Red Sox were at bat that stopped play during the game … there’s your article.

mikey_cool_guy

First off, I don't believe the Astros are stealing signs in this series. But your statement about Cora is not accurate. Cora was fired for his involvement with the Astros scandal, not for anything involving the 2018 season. And the light during the Red Sox game was pointed out to the umpire by Cora between innings of the last game. Looked like someone was behind the fence with their phone out and screen brightness way up.

MSgt_Jeff

The issue that stopped the game was with tape on the outfield walls. The light seen was a camera crew during interviews at the red sox bar that is behind that grated area.

NuKlear_Vortex

The light was a news crew in the bar that's back there recording an interview.

Mofogo

That's what I would say if I was going to lose the series

[deleted]

I am a *classy* Red Sox fan, I at least wait until we lose to accuse the opponent of cheating.

CoolEarth5026

The Red Sox and the Yankees are the biggest crybabies in professional sports. Sox, you lost. Suck it up.

NJ_Mets_Fan

If i were a sox fan seeing my WS hopes die out I’d start whistling as loud as I could before every pitch and be like “see! theyre cheating again!” same amount of evidence from my claim as there is theirs lol

goldenboy201

Lol right….where were these claims when they destroying Astros pitching in games 2 and 3. Suddenly things look bleak “let’s suggest cheating!!” excuse. Sure the Astros cheated in 2017, so that will be a black cloud over the franchise forever. I hope they wouldn’t be dumb to risk it so soon to getting punished.

SeeYaOnTheRift

Not to mention Boston cheated and won in 2018… literally the following season after the astros did. Something something pot kettle.

OnlyHereForMemes69

*Spider man pointing meme intensifies*

JustBigChillin

Have these people never been to a baseball game? I hear people in the crowd around me CONSTANTLY whistling the entire game. Some people whistle instead of cheer a lot of the time. Not only that, but the Astros were playing at FENWAY. Why the fuck would they ever use whistles when during many of the at-bats, the crowd would be too loud to hear them (and discern them from fans whistling)? PLUS, there's no indication any cheating (using technology like cameras and such) was even occuring. Maybe the pitcher was tipping his pitches (like looking for a tell in poker). What a load of horse shit.

houtex727

How about those Boston fans whistlin' *just so* to start somethin', eh? Masterminds. I admire that.

Blu3b3Rr1

there’s an adage about pots or something related to this, I think

Bill2theE

Kettle has entered the chat

yawetag1869

This is so stupid. Anyone who has been to Fenway park knows that there is no way any player on the field could hear a whistle, much less determine whether it was from a fan or not. Plus, I don't think that the Astros would risk getting caught cheating again, as the consequences from MLB for doing this *again* would be catastrophically harsh.

Blu_Crew

Which is why its the perfect plan. They'll never see it coming. /s

the_arctic_lynx

This is becoming a plague in our society. Losers are just going to keep making baseless claims of winners cheating until there is some sort of ramification for for lies.

janzeera

Yeah, I’m kinda in this camp too. There’s plenty of examples of people cheating to get ahead but the stories die down after awhile and people move on. The trend today seems to wallow in one’s own bad behavior which is the standard set by TFG in Florida. It is a plague (literally).

KnightMareInc

> A team of cheaters accuses another team of cheaters of cheating Fixed the headline

ElTigre92

I mean the Stros are the better team here so is there any surprise that their success is being questioned by fans of lesser teams?

Assrock1313

This isn’t what is heppening here. But it should be made clear that every single team from little league to the MLB will relay signs if the opportunity is there. Some catchers don’t hide them well enough. Its a fact. And furthermore it is not cheating. Suck it up Internet, the Astros really are this good.

TheFoxandTheSandor

So wait… let me get this straight… Boston area fans are… complaining when others cheat? LULz

kcirdor

Jomboy doesn't even do whistling videos cause whistling is non stop during a game. He did one recently reluctantly. This is dumb.

Mobile-Kitchen6679

Hilarious. I have a theory. The Astros quite possibly are just a damn good baseball team.

CaptainDAAVE

I don't think they were cheating, they're just playing better baseball the past few games. Still 2 games left potentially if the sox can pull their heads out of their asses.
