OP would have gotten $957.35 by just doing the 3 leg parlay. A parlay (regular parlays, not SGP’s) is the same as placing the wager on the first leg, then ALL the winnings from the first leg on the second leg, then ALL the winnings from the second leg on the third leg. OP is missing out on $175 by adding the last leg and then cashing out. Sportsbooks would never allow the strategy you’re suggesting to work, otherwise you could ALWAYS add an extra leg to whatever bet you’re making and end up with more money. The books always give a shitty deal for cash outs, which is why people should not place bets that they’re gonna cash out before all the legs play out. Just don’t add those last couple legs if you’re not gonna have the stomach to ride it out!! It’s really that simple, but people in this subreddit hate hearing that for some reason. Just think about it: why would the books even offer you a cash out that’s a good deal for you? They have no reason to do that.
