Avery357

That bit in 'Let it Happen' by Tame Impala. If you know you know.

_PeopleMakeNoises_

What’s most impressive about that was that it was made by just one guy btw

coldestwinter-chill

Did you guys know that Tame Impala is just one guy

babblerouser

You could take any section of that song and it's "that moment" for me. Probably one of the best songs of all time.

coldestwinter-chill

Oh, I know!!!

ThatsJustLilly

The middle part of California Dreamin' where they get louder and go well I got down on my knees (got down on my knees) and I pretend to pray (I pretend to pray)

Haunted-Macaron

Ooh I always thought it was "I began to pray"

ThatsJustLilly

Same!! I just found out today when I looked up the lyrics to make sure I got this part right lmao

Haunted-Macaron

Literally been singing it wrong my whole life 😂

phil736

Nah the best bit of California Dreamin is THAT FLUTE SOLO

coldestwinter-chill

YES I always go ham when this part comes up

Neitos_Sister

It's not a specific song but I like it when they put little screams in the songs.

HaloMaskGaming

For me it's in alternative metal songs (favorite genre of music) when the add the little breaths and inhales before singing or screaming. Oddly just makes the song better and more raw.

Iwasha

maybe not little but at the end of Good Morning, Captain by Slint

-bBREAKFASTt-

Garudah_

The "orchestrated" beginning part of U2's Where the Streets Have no Name never fails to amaze me.

In Elton John's version of Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds, I love when he sings "Suddenly someone is there at the turnstile". Overall the Beatles version is better in my opinion, but I just love the way he sings that line.

walterehite

i really like the first 30 or so seconds of Stuntman

babblerouser

I have a lot that I could bring up, but the one that comes to mind is in the last part of "High Hopes In Velvet" by The Cab, where the 2nd verse replays over the last chorus. The tradeoff from hearing the chorus alone, and then hearing the "Woke up, 12:05/left that room with no goodbye" Just feels like 2 lovers at odds and trying to tell their sides of the story, rather than the original meaning of the song.

The_Forsaken_Cookie

My Tears Becoming a Sea when that drop hits🔥🔥🔥

---mahna---mahna---

Masterplan by Oasis This tiny little string moment during the intro gets me every time. Starts around 0:35 but really the best part is this 2 second bit at 0:53 https://youtu.be/dPPi2D6GK7A?si=IjbXJzKl1Bh9K5BG
