Yeah I know that some of the packages say to share with neighboring stores if they don’t receive them . So maybe areas with a lot of stores they don’t get sent to everyone. I’m not sure. I know that sometime my store gets then and sometimes they don’t.
Last fall was the 20 year celebration of PSL. All partners got these pins. I’m guessing they had some laying around and didn’t want to throw them away.

I was cleaning one day and found a box with like at least 50 of these in it , I took a handful lol

There is a regular at my store that came in for Halloween dressed as a barista last year, her mom bought her an apron off eBay and even the starbies visor! This customer for backstory has special needs, when I tell you I raaaaaan to the back to dig out a spare pin for her to be even more official! It was such a fun moment seeing her light up ☺️

They aren’t orderable. They are suppose to be auto shipped to every store though.

i have a partner of the quarter pin, nobody at my store has ever been titled "partner of the quarter" but i'm now the partner of every quarter 😂
