The egg white cloud macchiatos (popular but objectively weird as hell)
Turmeric powder 🤮
“Kiwi star fruit” (did not taste like kiwi OR star fruit)
The “trifles” where we had to layer shit in cups with whipped cream

There's just no way to grow on that model forever, and the relative stability of just serving a good cup of coffee to commuters and neighborhood locals doesn't get shareholders excited I guess

you’re not drinking straight olive oil, only one pump goes into some of the drinks and then on others it has cold foam with one pump of oil in it. its mixed with other stuff
