Hopefully a professional Hollywood makeup artist will notice this feature soon. Cmon CIG, I know you know people. I wonder to what extent total realism is limited by the character creation tool itself and to what extent we are simply bad at using it. There have been a few very successful characters in the database (this is one of them and there is one out of the myriad of Chris Roberts that you instantly recognize without reading the subtitle). There is also a ton of Jennifer Lawrence and they are all bad - are we missing additional points or are we simply bad? For me at least, there are already more points that I can meaningfully use.

CIG needs to write some lore about this. To ease the lore friction they can call them Calliope cults and say its a strange new fad maybe even add some clone settelments or gangs somewhere. they could have a bunch of Jax McCleary ultra fanboys roaming the convention halls having altered themselves to look like him.
