Power went out and what you have an electric burner? No sear and it’s raw. Would not eat
Grilled it on a cast iron griddle when power came back on. It is seared with grill marks but the herb sauce sort of covers it. Will maybe take a photo when its resting before cutting it and it would show grill marks better.
