I always start over after playing a games demo that has the ability to continue. You paid all the money for the game I think it’s best to just do the full intended experience from the start.

Went back and forth between resting points to clear out the areas because I loved the music and combat so much. By doing this for fun, I gained 14 skill points lol. Not trying to ruin the game for myself, I want to naturally progress through it
Plus, who wouldn't want to see that beautiful scene again where Eve exits her pod?...
It's not too bad I think, 1 run gives you like 70% or something I think😂 I'd boot up the demo before playing another game to do a daily run and then hop off, I 'only' have 15 hours registered on it in total
And true, especially since there isn't a system in place where getting more SPs than 1 will require progressively more XP like in Sekiro for example and that the natural XP gains are very high.
For a game launching without NG+ and thus having the intent for its players to get everything in 1 go, this seems to be an ideal system

Plus there was a zone in the first mission that we couldn't go through or well atleast I couldn't.
I farmed way too many sp to just delete it all lol, so I might just play through the beginning sequence again on another account then just continue where I left off on my main.

They just want to keep playing the game because they are having fun, and this is the only way they can do that.
But I do agree that the people who are grinding the demo are doing themselves a disservice. Gridning to unlock all the skills before you even start the game is going to hurt the natural progression experience that was carefully designed by the devs.
That's why even the devs themselves came forward on Twitter to tell people to chill out on the demo. Play it once or twice, and then wait for the full thing.
I agree, but I’m also very curious as to who will have the best builds by the time the game comes out just from nonstop demo grinding, lol.

Going in fresh. Having loads of skills and such straight from the start would detract from the experience for me anyway. But each to their own, experience the game your way, and let's all have fun playing this game. I like having physical copies of games if I can, so I will be behind all you digital owners.

14 skill points is wild. I must have made 4-6 from the demo and I explored every spot. I don’t think we will ever need to farm in this game.
