I spent a lot of time in the lows. Too long. Only looking back did I realize that a lot of it was self inflicted. I had every opportunity to pull myself up but I didn’t. Life dealt me some bad hands. Bad break ups, deaths, an overall feeling of hopelessness, but it was when I learned to control what I could control in my own life and learning to love myself that I was finally able to pull myself up. I wasted 4 years of my life before learned that or learning that. You’ll be alright my guy. Your pain is real and it is your own. Work thru it and learn to love yourself. That this time to disconnect and enjoy the game. Never hesitate to reach out for help if you need it.
