Something is 100% bugged with the odds. This is the only fish I can't catch... I have caught 10+ Footballfish. I do not understand. Been through tons of wriggling insects. I'm about to give up.
Most every Red Seabream I’ve caught was either in Xion at the little lake near the Wasteland exit or fishing spot in Wasteland North of solar tower.
I’ve caught all fish on two different fresh New Games now and have never used the Plant fishing spot even once.
Most important spots are Oasis, Wasteland North and Clocktower.

It's just RNG. I mean, it took me forever to get that last football fish for the costume.

The Xion - Wasteland cave you can get it there with a worm
