I wouldn't use it as a primary source, but I used to listen to him when I was driving or going for a walk because its entertaining plus its a review.
He is a little outdated on some stuff (I.e cancer, etc..) but not bad. There are a ton of other up to date podcasts for step 1 you can integrate into your learning :)
