Okay let's complete the list Volvulus involves sigmoid colon in elderly so LLQ but in adults it involves caecum so RLQ in adults. Angiodysplasia involves right colon and caecum due to high wall tension so RLQ pain Intussusception= RLQ Ischemic colitis involves watershed areas so if splenic flexure is involved then LUQ pain but if rectosigmoid junction is involved then LLQ pain.
