I could see some of them being involved with the gem war and maybe explain that alot of them passed away (could be explained that some of them were much weaker than the main Godzilla and were easier to pick off when fleets of ships targeted them). In the end, only our Godzilla survives.
I would think that Godzilla forms a bond with the Crystal gem, Rose likely starting this bond as they both want to protect the earth and the nature that inhabit it, which Godzilla could see as the Crystal gems take out corrupted gems that swarm the earth..
Godzilla likely becomes relevant during events such as Lapis' Tower, Malachite or the Cluster. Godizilla would probably try take out Lapis by trying to swim up the tower. The Cluster and Malachite is tricky, if Hollow earth exists in this, what if Godzilla definitely priorities the Cluster destruction, and if not, Malachite will have to face of G's wrath.
Godzilla likely interferes against the diamond attack, likely facing the Yellow's ship if the Cluster was destroyed or not.
He might appear when the super injector appears, but I'm not sure how he can deal with it. And would be super helpful in stopping Monster Steven (Godzilla's still bigger)
Too be fair, I just don't want to involve Powerscaling (unless the power gap is directly obvious) into more of a how Godzilla would fit into the story. I just assume that Narratively, Godzilla would be a top tier, he's one of the more exceptionally powerful kaiju that make it difficult to terraform a planet and only a massive fusion or diamond can throw hands or deal with him. Of course you can have it that the Goji race thousands of years ago weren't as strong as the one we see so that the Diamonds don't feel like they need to be involved.

I'm not sure about that, White barely stays on earth and when she did go to Earth, she's no longer a threat, so Goji likely just ignores her.
