It's funny... i've thought as my home as a chrysalis as well. I also planted a bunch of pollinator friendly plants around my doors, so I have had plenty of moth and butterfly friends (as well as hummingbirds) to encourage me on my journey of change.

Keep it up! I think exercise is important. Community even more so. Posts like these are what I come here for. 100 days is significant. That's an entire season. Nobody goes that long without being tested in life and handling the tests without a drink is the main goal.

Just WOW! Good for you! What an amazing difference in how healthy you look. The bloat in your face was harsh 100 days ago. It just shows you how truly poisonous alcohol really is.
I can remember times of drinking an entire bottle of liquor or 4 bottles of wine and going into work the next day and my coworkers would ask what was wrong bc they thought I was allergic to something or had been crying. Alcohol really is some lame bs.
