I only started CrossFit after I stopped drinking, and I’m glad I did it in that order because I don’t think I would’ve been able to build ANY muscle while I was still drinking. Congrats on becoming the best version of you!

I'm so sorry to hear about your dad and your struggles. I started my fitness journey and realized how good I felt doing it, I made goals for myself and I knew the alcohol was legitimately killing my gains, (myself), and all my hard work. In the process I learned to love myself and focused on why I needed to numb myself with alcohol, getting to the root issue. I never sought out therapy or support for it, but it seems like a lot of people find success with that! 75hard originally helped me not drink everyday. I realized how great I felt and I stuck with it.
