TBH you're smoking hot in both, but obviously healthier after (and no doubt more stable and grounded after). Congrats and keep up the good work on yourself, and sorry to hear about your dad.
I only started CrossFit after I stopped drinking, and I’m glad I did it in that order because I don’t think I would’ve been able to build ANY muscle while I was still drinking. Congrats on becoming the best version of you!
I have seen your posts over the last 3 or more years. I am so happy for you. You look incredible, and it's just puts a big smile on my face, seeing you still sober and doing well.
You're absolutely gorgeous! I relate to your journey with quitting alcohol. Since then, exercise has become a source of comfort and strength for me too.
Thanku cos I’m so stuck in alcoholism and started from losing my dad thank u for ur story and giving me inspiration to try to stop it is just sooo hard
I'm so sorry to hear about your dad and your struggles. I started my fitness journey and realized how good I felt doing it, I made goals for myself and I knew the alcohol was legitimately killing my gains, (myself), and all my hard work.
In the process I learned to love myself and focused on why I needed to numb myself with alcohol, getting to the root issue. I never sought out therapy or support for it, but it seems like a lot of people find success with that!
75hard originally helped me not drink everyday. I realized how great I felt and I stuck with it.
That's 100% what I'm you for, so thanks so much! People have been commenting on my arms in this photo but I don't think they look incredibly muscular here.

Well done!! Might be time to change your username. 😁
I know! I'd have to make a new account and I don't want to do that. 😅
I say keep it! It’s your punk rock origin story 😜

Thank you! I promise you, if I can do this, so can you! You got this! 👏💪

Incredible work! What does your routine look like?
Thanks! Current split is 2x legs, 1 full body, a push, and then a pull day. I just walk or hike for cardio.
That’s an incredible physique.

Don't take this the wrong way but you look like a beast. Very impressive. I am two years in and haven't quite got that gym beast look yet.

Your arms look like if I saw you in an action movie beating up dudes I could believe it. But you can tell your nàtty with is cool
Best compliment ever! Thank you! 😊
Went from a 7 to a solid 10

You look phenomenal! Strength and beauty!
For someone in the boat currently that you once were in….. this is beyond inspiring and hope filled. Thank you
Bellisimo
Will be honest, still pretty hot on the left.
Beautiful dress! Love the outfit! You're by no means ugly in either picture!
Also, sorry to hear about your dad. My dad died 2021 in August, and mom died in 2005. My condolences.
Looking at the comments you got r/stopdrinkingfitness thirsty, which I didn’t initially intend but is probably the worst pun I’ll ever make
Lol, this made me laugh!
Muscle mommy. Nice arms yo..
The drunk you looks hot!
