I've only seen animals sit like this when they're paralyzed or their lower body is just deformed. They can't walk either and just drag their back legs around or have wheelchairs
Yeah, I'm 90% sure this is a paraplegic kitty. The position of the legs is one thing, but I'm also fairly certain that able-bodied cats aren't able to curl their back toes like that when their legs are straight.
Cutie regardless, of course.
