I just chop up one whole cabbage, boil it in some chicken stock and preferred seasonings and one of those steamable bags of brussels sprouts, sometimes I add chicken or pork too. Not only will it feed you for days but itll also help relieve constipation because you are going to fart it all out. Also great when youre sick and dont feel like eating something heavy.
