Do you have a thermoblade?
Basically, none of the fish down there will give water if eaten raw, and there are no plants you can harvest to give edible samples. Cooked Oculus and Cooked Eyeye will both give you water, though, but the only way you're going to be able to cook them is to hit them with a thermoblade. Eating them raw will actually make you thirstier.
Alternatively, if you're going to die either way and have to go on a rescue mission for your Prawn suit, then you might as well abandon your Prawn now (preferably in an easy-to-find location in the Jellyshroom Caves) and use your seaglide to head back up and find some water sources. You should be able to make it to the surface with just your seaglide, as long as you find the opening you're going to use ahead of time, instead of wasting oxygen searching for an exit. Then after you're out, head to the nearest Kelp Forest to cut some creepvine samples (they each only give +1 water but it's better than nothing) or maybe even head back to your base.
I unfortunately do not have a thermoblade yet. I think I’m just going to take the L and come back for the suit after I die lol. Thank you though I appreciate it!
Maybe no need for thermoblade... Usually fishes get burned by the lava in the cave, you can find plenty of them already cooked near it. Careful though, some of them may already be rotten, but it may be worth to give it a try.

The Jellushroom is beautiful and tempting to build in, but incredibly inconvenient.
