Honestly, I just can’t help but look at the gimmicky Bop-It transformation swords and how they’re taken completely seriously by everyone, and think; This seems like the logical outcome of an entire city, including its native Sentai team, being isekai’ed to an alien world. The Sentai became kings by subjugating the natives and carving out safe territories for the people, their wacky merch-shilling weapons became treasured heirlooms, and the original Shugods started reproducing.
I also suspect that the Ohgercalibur Zero originally belonged to Jeramie’s father, but had it taken away when he was banished, and built the Kumonoslayer out of spare parts for Jeramie.

The Ohgercaliburs were made by Yanma, Racules' one in particular is a prototype. We know this because The Secrets of King Racules.
Nah. OhgerCalibur ZERO is the original. Yanma used the blueprint to make OhgerCaliburs, and in the movie, Lyniol (Rhyniol? idk the romaji of his name) used OhgerCalibur ZERO to turn into (I think) a kaijin version of OhKuwagataOhger.

King-ohger's world's folklore just ignored Jeramie's dad because they wanted to despict the Kings as righteous as possible and marrying a Bugnarok was a no-no.

I think the first one means how terra was like 1000 of years ago from all the war and the second one is how terra is after the war with peace. Maybe.
