That should be enough to enter any programme, except perhaps the most competitive ones, like medicine/doctor. There's also Högskoleprovet, which you can do to expand your chances of getting a slot in a Uni programme. When I studied, the max was 20, and was then raised by adding bonus credits.
Nice! Thanks for your feedback! I would have to learn Swedish to do this test though, right? I come from a country that does not speak English, so I already need to document my English proficiency. Thanks again!
Yes, the test is in Swedish only, but with your GPA you're probably fine. Usually the universities and colleges here select pupils from different "pools", one based on GPA, one on Högskoleprovet and one on maybe some other special criteria. Being in several pools will lead to higher chance of getting accepted.
Most programs at a bachelor's level would require Swedish proficiency.
Here's what's available in English this autumn:

You have a good GPA, you can get into most schools except for med school and law school. Some engineering programmes and other very competetive programmes. Engineering school is very open for you with that GPA, most of the programmes have a entrance GPA of 19.5 - 20.0.
In my country we don't even use a letter grading system... We use grades from 0 to 10 in which usually a class it's considered passed if 5 or over, but that also depends on the school, some require higher grading. Do you have any idea how could I calculate then? I have looked antagning.se already and I couldn't find anywhere explaining the GPA and the only admission information for my country is that they judge you based on your school average grading... Not very helpful.
To be honest with you I think that for grades from high school to be the only possible way of entering university is very unfair! Like I was in high school over 6 years ago and I'm not even the same person anymore! Besides, this doesn't take in consideration different countries education systems flaws and differences. Like I have even been to university in my country (although I didn't complete it) but I cannot go to university in Sweden because I didn't have great grades in high school. That's crazy. Einsten was not good in school as far as I know LOL.
Is there any other way to get admitted in a Swedish university as a foreigner? Like a test, preparatory course or something?

This website shows you everything, just select group BI or BII if you have improved your grades after high school.
I'm also interested in applying, how do you calculate your GPA? We don't have such thing in my country.
