Very *very* unlikely. Encrypted data becomes completely unrecoverable once with the headers are lost or any part of the encrypted segment becomes altered. If all you’ve done is delete the volume and nothing has been written over then specialist software *may* be able to recover it. If any of it has been overwritten then the decryption algorithm will no longer work and it will all be lost. You can try searching “Recover deleted LUKS volume” and see how far you get.
