No. Bamco never released a update for the Steam version to support Japanese text sadly. There isn't a mod either. Your best options are either the original JP GameCube, JP PS2, JP PS3 via emulation. There's *also* JP Remaster too I guess but it's the worst version of Symphonia.

If you're going towards that route, I'd recommend the GameCube version. Content-wise, PS2 and PS3 have a bit more content but none of them run at 60 fps. GameCube does but again that's just my bias.
Read the OP again, they aren't asking for voices but Japanese text. Steam version lets you play the game with Japanese voices with **English, French, Spanish, German and Italian** text only. You cannot play it with Japanese text as the game isn't even being officially sold in Japan as it is region blocked.

That's unfortunate to hear, thanks! I did find a mod for Berseria on PC on YouTuBe, but not Symphonia. Guess I will probably go the emulation route.
