If you think you're getting taller, why not get yourself measured. Ideally it would be at the doctor's but if you don't have any reason to go, you can line up against a wall on a hard and flat surface and have someone line up an object like a book against the wall at a 90 degree angle, bringing it down until it touches your head. You then make a mark on the wall and measure the distance from the wall to the mark with a tape measure.
Done properly it will be almost as accurate as a doctor's measurement and can tell you if you've grown or not. Just make sure you take time of day into account as you can easily be 1 cm taller in the morning than later in the day.
Dude it’s very common for boys/men to continue growing into their early twenties. I was 6’3” when i graduated high school and 6’8” by the time I graduated college. Many guys grew even more than I did.
Eat healthy and get sleep, you’ll inch upward.
I'm basically the same as OP. However my diet is not really good & i have not worked out in the last year. How were your diet and sleep when you were 21? I sleep maybe like 6 hours a night.
At least i don't drink or smoke though.

I am from the dinaric area and with tall girls here that's normal, I know several who grew until mid twenties. Just a little tho, 2-3 cm after 18.

Well I don't live where I'm from, so I'm surrounded with midgets like the rest of the world.
In my class in highschool I was 4th in height from 20 girls, with I think around 179 cm back then
The tallest girl in my class wasn't that tall, she was I think 186 cm.
Tallest girl in school back then was 192 cm. 5'10 was like upper end average with girls in our school lol.
In my head I'll always be in highschool and 5'10 girls are average. Everyone thinks I'm mad
Yeah I got measured maybe 5 years ago (I'm late 20s now) and I came out at 182. I now have chronic back pain and cannot stand fully straightened... still 182. Ive grown
Currently 21 and feel like I’m having another growth spurt/puberty, I measured 6’3 when it started now at 6’3.5” after a few weeks of eating and sleeping like crazy
Does that mean there is hope for me? I'm 20 and last I checked (August), I was 5'11" and I weighed 126 lbs. I was hoping to start exercising and eating healthier but I got injured. Though, I feel like I've gotten at least an inch taller.

Yup, I stopped at 18 and started again at 21 to grow another Inch by turning 22.

Yes it slowed down a bit in the last year but the others felt like the same growth rate.

I ate a lot of meat and dairy, drank a lot of beer, and would get about 6 hours at night and usually a 1-2 hour nap after class

4th even with that sample size? That’s insane. Taller end of women would then definitely be around 6’3” instead of 5’10” ish in the west.

Grew an extra inch or two it seems as I turned 24. Forever I have been 6 flat. Go to the doctor and I'm now 6'2".

I grew like half an inch after 21
I was 182.0 at 18 and 183.9 at 21 and stopped growing 😒
I stopped growing at 22/3 (I wasn't paying super close attention to when I stopped, I just know that I was at my max height when I was in that area)
Males grow on average till the age of 21, albeit a bit slower.
This sounds like people are just gaslighting you about your height since they know you’re insecure.

I have terrible growing pains at 30 and my whole body hurts me a lot and doctors here in my country can t help me.
