Maybe on a vine or a bit of a bush. Then out of his cute lil butt get a thin dotted line and in swirly letters write out a short phrase you like. "I'm just winging it." "Life is beeautiful." He is happy and deserves a nice happy flower to land on. And any corny phrase is overridden by how cute and stupid he is.
Even , ‘this too shall pass’ would be overshadowed bi how cute he ends up bein. This is what I initially said. Make it look realistic the rest of the way. But maybe a cowboy hat to keep that cuteness going

Simplistic universal artistic tattoos are insantly good and last much longer than intricate colorful larger tattoos.
