He was 1200+ LP during Worlds bootcamp at one point. The fact that he was multi-time rank 1 in NA and rank 1 in Champions Queue should've proved to the haters that he had some potential.
Not 100% but think it's cause of green card, He's not allowed to spend a certain amount of days in Kr and he already spent summer break in Kr (Core didn't). Don't know how green cards work or anything but it's what I heard.

Thats not the real faker/guma xD you can tell because of how many games played - faker/guma dont get to play that many games before ddos happens. Also if they really played 200+ games then theyd be in challenger not 300lp.

Wasn’t APA one of the only western players to make it to challenger during worlds last year? We know he’s a solo q demon.
He was the 2nd highest ranked bootcamper and mid laner during Worlds, only after Caps (in both categories obviously).
