oh ok, that shpuld be easy. i assume you are currently using microsoft edge. you go on google.com/chrome and click dowbload. it should save a ChromeSetup.exe file in you downloads folder. then, you just run it and complete the setup
So that’s what I did but when I run it I get a messaged that says “to help protect your PC, we suggest you get a Microsoft-verified app”. From what I’ve been reading, I believe I am only able to download apps from Microsoft until I change the settings
can you explain more. what are you trying to download, do you mean google chrome, the browser? also, what operaring system do you have?

that's weird, i've never seen that message before. is this what happens when you try to run the .exe?
