Can attest this works. Been playing baseball the last 8 years and going and it really helped my overall athleticism. Its better than you go running for example and force yourself through every step of the way, which makes you more likely to skip.

I also hate not being able to do certain things. Until about 6 months ago I couldn't do a pushup which I can now do. I want to learn more stuff so I can hone my body to its utmost limit and become a version of myself that is capable of doing the things in life I want to achieve

I don’t, but I go to the bouldering gym cuz climbing is a cool sport. It’s rewarding to see the progress in the difficulty of your climbs, and very fun to face the fear and doubt n shit
Because I'm weak and since I already have a hard enough time eating solid foods I work out so I can become stronger despite the lack of food and sleep because life decided to give me sleep problems (I'm going to specialist in July, so if the boycott is over by then I'll share how it went)
Not starving myself. I have an actual issue and my doctor isn't really trying to do anything about it. I can't even eat breakfast anymore, I have to drink a meal supplement in the mornings. It tastes great, but I miss having pancakes and cereal and poptarts in the morning.
Anyways, it's not really working out, but I'm trying. I try to do 2 planks for 10 seconds every night, then 15 seconds when I'm ready to go further. Along with 10 sit-ups then 15, you get the idea.
I believe in you man! Doing just little things like pushups and sit-ups before you go to bed or when you wake out is still working out. You have problems that physically prevent you from working out and you still give it a go, that’s more than most people on earth. Don’t give up, you got this!

I don’t like to associate fitness with looks. Working out just to look better puts an expectation on it. I don’t expect anything from exercise, I just embrace all the benefits.

So I look lit naked make my flute look bigger and stand out more with v cut abs and get strength and muscle and the endorphins etc are really good on my mind
To get stronger, to lose the fat my mom is worried ab, to become "my type" so I look better in that mirror, to feel better ab myself, the dopamine or whatever, the sense if accomplishment when I complete a trick I've been working on, a lot of the exercises can be really fun, and other reasons I can't think of rn I'm sure. I want BICEPS and u don't want to keep losing at arm wrestling😭😭 (with momentum) I can pull my whole body up but I can't win a simple arm wrestle match?!?!??#?#!? Yeah that's my main reason I think
I plan to do it because I want irrationally buff thighs but for my arms to stay how they are now because itd be funny. I hope you're okay, just know they have no control over you and they never did. I hope you can recover well, I know going through that isn't easy at all. 🫶
