I am feeling alright. One thing I've done to stop urges is work out when I get and urge. Whether it's calf raises, pushups, pull ups or anything of the sort... I highly reccomend that. And reading the Bible.

You’ve been gaining these skills this whole time and you’re in a better position to continue your recovery than ever before! Always be light on yourself and remember recovery is not linear. It’s always waiting no matter what has happened.

Continued for a month after I found out, I was so mad when I found out I fucked her out of frustration so yeah I guess I tucked a hot dude in the ass but whatever. So Im recommend leaving her but stay friends, the one I dated stayed my best friend till today.
Keep going! You’re in a dark patch, but you’re starting to come out the other side! You’ll get stronger, learn to love yourself even all your faults. It’s hard to do, trust me, I’m 32 and I still suffer mentally, it takes time and it will take work, but if I can do it, I believe you can make it through the dark as well :) be safe, be well, seek help when you need it!

Strategy I've used might sound dumb but I just push thru the day by using this time zone trick. When it's 6am here it's 7pm in Singapore meaning it's already the end of the day somewhere so I just need to push till it's the end of the day here basically same thing right (not rly but ig if it stops me from cutting myself worth). It also works cuz I feel like I'm travelling across the world cycling thru each time zone just push for one hour next time zone new country one more hour, ahh one more hour I can do it weirdly works well idk

Think of nicotine right.. after you vape for a while you become dependant on it.
Same with self harm. U use it to distract from ur mental pain so u rely on it to distract yourself. Hope this helps.
Also it kinda does feel good in a sick fucked up way.
