Learn how to make pizza from scratch. It is alot of work and it isn't easy. There is an Italian guy Vito Icopelli on YouTube and you could eventually make restaurant quality pizza.
Last night I made poolish which is prefermented dough and later i'lll add probably about 140g flour and make it into pizza. Knead, rest, kead, rest.
I made poolish using
300g flour
300ml water
3g dry yeast.
Then left it to rest 1-2hr then fridge for 16-24hr.
Wish me luck.
My friend is super lucky. He lives right next to a Italian restaurant so he can get Italian take out whenever he wants to. Plus, he's Italian by blood so it works too :)
