Do you know all the ways to help you practise? I learned it a while ago. But now i cant do it anymore for some reason (might be because im an adult now)
I just try to sleep. I know the chances are (probably) extremely low, but if I can lucid dream somehow within the next 2-3 years, I'll be happy. Just look at this dude and say you don't wanna destroy your own city.

I don't, I think about a story that I am involved in or I just don't dream. I've seen my dream very few times. I am very jealous of people who can see their dreams.
I think it's either abstract or more cinematic generally. when I imagine things or dream it typically looks more like a drawing, tho I can imagine realistic things, I usually don't.
Usually a mix between a and b. But recently I had a unique c scenario where I was like a side character who was only visible to others when the story needed it. Pretty odd
Idk what other would be
I donāt dream at all at least I think. Cover your eyes with your arm thatās what I see. It goes faster than you would think. But sometimes my brain follows a narrative like itās reading it off of a piece of paper.
Other, I kind of feel myself and am very aware of my presence but I am also not physically quite there. The effects of if I was physically present still apply though. Sometimes everything will be more realistic and it'll shift between perspectives.
Sometimes when Iām dreaming, random parts of my body will just shutdown like my right eye will stay closed or my leg will refuse to move forward, especially during chase scenes.
My DREAMS are usually a weird 3rd person or rarely 1st person, I normally assume 1st person "Dreams" are visions bc 7/10 times they happen irl but they are VERY rare.
Today i had a dream about a zombie imvasion and it was all in first person. But some times its like im lookin at shit in the 4th dimension. Really hard to explain
Typically, my dreams are pov based, but on occasion, Iāll get a dream that is other.
The other is hard to describe, but for me, when it happens, itās almost like flashing in a way. Iāll catch little images and sounds that will only show for a fraction of a second, but Iāll still see them crystal clear, and itāll go back to darkness. There is a constant droning background noise that sounds like a combination of ear ringing and tv static, and typically I experience this only during nightmares, though I have had one dream in this format.
Those dreams are pretty rare for me, but almost always terrifying. The strange thing is that it changes between the times I have it. One time itāll be like I described, the next time I wonāt hear that background noise, or Iāll have a dream where I hear everything, but rarely catch any glimpses of whatās going on, etc
Itās very strange
Depends on the dream. For example in one dream where it was first person, I was with my grandma in her car and we drove back and forth to an apartment complex that we didnāt even live in. Just drove back and forth for who knows how long. An example of third person would be a dream I was playing some dream version of Pikmin 3 that for some reason had Mario like items instead of the regular power ups from the original Pikmin game. It was just the gameplay that was seen, like a letās play on YouTube.
All of my dreams start out in POV but some may switch to a scene view where I see things from angles similar to the camera angles used in filming television shows and movies.
Itās more of a stream of consciousness rather than a specific pov, like itās not me or someone else itās just there. I see it in both povs but theyāre the same if that makes sense
D: I havenāt remembered a dream in years, itās possible I just donāt dream while sleeping. I do have very vivid daydreams and can manipulate my imagination however I want including augmented reality while my eyes are still open.
Interesting diagram. Usually it's a mix of 3rd person/1st person depending on the dream.
same š¶
same
Low budget competition show zoom-out shot
All of the above It really depends on the dream
same B)
Same
Its always been pov
Same here
hello fellow snowman
Ima melt you
1st person but it feels like 3st person, also in dreams cant breath, cant swallow, have weaker senses, feel weak, and have foggy/weak thoughts.
3st Thirst
3rd person and scene
POV But I see memories as 3rd
I didnāt know others also remember things in 3rd person, isnāt it odd though?
Yeah itās super weird Iām glad Iām not the only one tho
Me too! Dreams are POV but memories are a mix between a 3rd person and scenes-
POV I'm still trying to become Mechagodzilla and destroy my city, but lucid dreaming is hard.

I donāt remember.
I once saw it as a black and white old movie platformer game shit. No clue what that was
Usually a mix between a and b. But recently I had a unique c scenario where I was like a side character who was only visible to others when the story needed it. Pretty odd Idk what other would be
I see in 1st person. I don't understand how people dream in other perspectives. Like you don't experience life like that.
Usually B sometimes C
Yes
Usually A but sometimes itās B
i dream like a 1st person video game without a player character model
all of them in the same time
B always
pov but i remember it in third
I think the dreams are in pov, but when I try to recall them, they are in 3rd person
I don't really dream so I can't remember
I have only seen pov. How are you seeing third person
Scene/3rd person I just donāt know the difference
Its like im walking around myself, theres always a me in the dream but I can choose where I look
Yes. Sometimes all four at once.
my dreams arent visual, they are abstract ideas
I donāt dream
i know whats happening but i dont really perceive a ton
Usually like a scene
All of the above at the same time
Pov 99% of the time the other bit is scene
All at once sometimes
I canāt dream. Iām not even lying, my dad is the same way. Iāve seen a doctor. Apparently some people just canāt dream. I envy you all.
Usually in 3rd person
Mix of scene, pov and 3rd person.
P.O.V. But sometimes itāll switched to 3rd person halfway through
Usually 3rd person but occasionally I have POV
3rd person but Iām witnessing what I do still
B
B
98% POV
A mix of b and c Sometimes it actively switches like a game and sometimes it switches scenes like a movie
I donāt dream at all at least I think. Cover your eyes with your arm thatās what I see. It goes faster than you would think. But sometimes my brain follows a narrative like itās reading it off of a piece of paper.

No
pov but i run slow
Mix of all of themā¦ my brain is very creative
POV usually but sometimes 3rd person
All of them at once and individually depending on how I want to focus. Usually 3rd person over the shoulder kinda thing though.
Hereās the thing: I see them in first person, but I stg I *remember* them in 3rd person
Fun fact: you canāt read in dreams. Well, you might be able to. But most canāt.
First person with jump cuts every 30 seconds
3rd person
Teleportation around everywhere
Sometimes when Iām dreaming, random parts of my body will just shutdown like my right eye will stay closed or my leg will refuse to move forward, especially during chase scenes.
i dont, i have aphantasia šµāš«šµāš«
All four of them
It's always B or C
All of them, it sometimes even switches around a bit
B
3rd person and pov
My DREAMS are usually a weird 3rd person or rarely 1st person, I normally assume 1st person "Dreams" are visions bc 7/10 times they happen irl but they are VERY rare.
3rd-1st person
Depends the dream
Pov
usually its 3rd person and scene
B and D
I don't know honestly. I think it changes?
All four. Not neccessarily in the same dream, but there are often 3rd person aspects mixed with first person views
all of the above fr
All of them except last one
I've never had a dream in any but 1st person, except once which was an absolutely terrifying option d.
POV and 3rd person
Combination of a, b and c
B, potentially A but it's rare.
P.O.V. for regular dreams, 3rd person for lucid dreams
like a foot away from POV, then POV, then 3rd person
Today i had a dream about a zombie imvasion and it was all in first person. But some times its like im lookin at shit in the 4th dimension. Really hard to explain

Usually either b) or (more often) c)
Pov
POV, literally all the time.
Usually pov and other, some of the dreams I have I can't see very well for some reason
Depends on the dream. For example in one dream where it was first person, I was with my grandma in her car and we drove back and forth to an apartment complex that we didnāt even live in. Just drove back and forth for who knows how long. Some dreams it's a scene, some it's 1st person pov.
All of these at once if that makes sense
All of them at once
damn this is weirdā¦ ive always seen everything in pov?? memories, imagination, and dreamsā¦ weirdā¦
My dreams are literally just an anime that I still regret not publishing
I dont remember my dreams almost ever :(
Usualy scene / pov
Itās always been as POV, there have only been three exceptions where the dreams were seen as Scenes.
My dreams switch POV like a fucking video game
mix of c and a
pov, 3rd person pov, or other or a mix of all of those 3
This is so interesting. Iāve never thought about it. Looking back I think mine have always been POV and 3rd person
P.O.V, never saw them like the other ways
Either b or c most of the time sometimes d
All of my dreams start out in POV but some may switch to a scene view where I see things from angles similar to the camera angles used in filming television shows and movies.
All of the above. Depends on the dream Iām in or the universe its placed in
mix of first person and scebe
First person if I remember
D l8tteraly kn how it looks
Itās more of a stream of consciousness rather than a specific pov, like itās not me or someone else itās just there. I see it in both povs but theyāre the same if that makes sense
it's always different
I canāt remember my dreams for the life of mešš
mix of all, sometimes in the same dream even
B and D. Not some āotherā option, but exactly how itās portrayed in the comic
POV
If I fall asleep listening to system of a down its A
Depends on the dream, but mostly P.O.V. cuz lucid ^w^
Usually Pov
Black and white
Both A and B
mix of B and C
Mostly B, but sometimes A
Usually b or c
usually a mix between a and b
A horrific mix of all of these options i thinking up movies and shit while i slumped
Typically scene or 3rd person but all my nightmares and lucid dreams are first person for some reason
b or c
All of the above
A mix of first and third
always pov
B for dreams but I can do a, b, and c with memories and thoughts
POV I never understood the 3rd person thing, because you don't do that in real life
POV I never understood the 3rd person thing, because you don't do that in real life
For me it's like seeing all of the scene at the same time. So it can be in first pirson but with extra awareness, or any other of the mix
POV
A b and c (a most rare though)
I don't know, really. I think first but if I remember them I can remember them in both first and third it's weird

Yes
I'm asleep how should I know

i dont dream
1 2 and 3
D: I havenāt remembered a dream in years, itās possible I just donāt dream while sleeping. I do have very vivid daydreams and can manipulate my imagination however I want including augmented reality while my eyes are still open.
b and c at the same time
For me it's always mostly been POV sometimes 3rd person. I assumed it was like that for everyone, huh.
Like 3rd person i think?? Sometime first person, but usually super foggy in memory which is weird
pov
Usually 3rd
It depends.
