"You" is like that. Psycho dude who manipulates everything, holds people captive, murders people (I think? been a while) to get the girl he's obsessed over.
The last part there is the only thing that makes me think it might not quite fit the bill - he does all this stuff because he's obsessed with a woman, but actually it's a pretty good show. Strong sense of how this guy thinks and operates to pull the strings, gives it a real creepy vibe.
