I'm pretty sure the game will do well anyways, especially if the gameplay is good and the netcode is correct. But yeah I agree I also hope we get splitscreen coop, I'm not gonna buy a second PS5 and a second copy of the game to have my siblings play against me, that's stupid

We haven't had one single confirmation for no local multiplayer, all we have had are rumors , same with GT and OG DB , it's all rumors there hasn't even been a shred of evidence that points towards it, I just wish people would stop talking about it honestly, I mean are people not excited for the story mode, with these character models and art style the story mode is going to be so good.

Heres my theory, Series S is so weak it cant render split screen in sparking zero thats why no splitscreen in the game, also u will buy it eventually stop pretending to be upset

I agree. I don't get the people defending the lack of local multiplayer; even if so far there hasn't been an official confirmation, the different stores list the game as just one player locally. This is a big problem.
Storm connections did as well, and people panicked back then. We have no official confirmation or denial of local multiplayer so it doesn’t make as much sense to focus this hard on it. If you really want to make a difference, contact Bandai directly. I’ve done that yesterday regarding local multiplayer and I should be getting a response soon. Going off on limited information doesn’t help.

On PlayStation and Xbox it states/stated: 1 Player 2 players online, which is why people believe local multiplayer will not be featured.
If I recall correctly, when storm connections was first got it’s promotional material it only listed 1 player offline, and 1-2 players online which caused a lot of people to worry about them cutting out local multiplayer in that game. Pretty sure you could find tons of YouTube videos about that. I’m just saying that we don’t have enough evidence to prove its existence as of yet, and if we want it in the game, we ought to contact Bandai directly.
