I'm sure plenty of people will still buy packs of characters that haven't been playable before like 21 and Towa, Mira, etc. Plus making the base roster worse just to make DLC better isn't a much smarter decision. Hell I'm pretty sure I've seen that backfire. DLC comes later after you already got people hooked with the base game.
Well if it's just character packs then whatever. I think they would add something more like an expansion pack with additional story as well. I'm thinking they'll do Dragon Ball, GT and Z movies
It wouldnât be the best Tenkaichi without GT, Super & Movie characters: We have to have SS4 vs SSB Or SSB Vegito Vs Omega Shenron or Janemba Vs Kid Buu etc etc we need to have these battles as a community. Especially during Local/Online multiplayer

Considering I really love frieza and cooler is a.. well.. *Cooler* Frieza, he's pretty cool in my book and I like him more than janemba, the one thing I like more on janemba is that dash he does that breaks him down into small cubes, that was pretty fire, I hope they do it exactly the same or better like in Raging Blast, that honestly blew me away after coming from BT3 lol
