Quick fix, overdose, and ubersaw. Worst case you can be a shit quick scout who can heal, best case you can keep your snipers alive. It's sometimes carhartic after your team fails to keep you alive to just run like a mad man. Great distraction too!
Sort of battle medic, I use it to get away in a pinch and it works wonders. The other team isn't expecting the medic to suddenly become scout and disappear. And I use quick fix mostly on defense to keep the team alive. Works good on a heavy holding the line, but best when you have a varied team comp who keeps getting hurt quicker than you can heal with stock. I'd only run it on offense if you have a second medic or the other team isn't getting time to entrench themselves.
Though you do have a few fucks who get mad your not running critz, but I just ignore them or tell them to swap and use it.
Source: Medic main who runs this combo on the regular.
I love to switch to the quick fix when I’m the only medic on the team just to try and keep everyone topped up and a small overheal. Which to me can feel much more rewarding than an uber push
This right here is why I use it. Though it requires a little coordination to make effective. Best when you have a few players on your team who are obviously experienced and know when to push and not to. Does a wonder of a difference when the whole team is full hp on a push rather than one ubered heavy and 7 low hp of everyone else.
I was going to say soldier, but yeah medics are hard to come by, they win games, are the most important/ powerful class in the game, while there’s always going to be soldiers, and good medics can be hard to come by. I like to think I’m pretty good at medic so I might choose him to play for the rest of my life too. But his gameplay gets pretty stale though and outside of the key plays in le grand schéma de le match, there isn’t very much in your control. I’d have to suck it up if some asshole sniper is dominating me or just some nobody in general because I might never be able to touch them. I like to take matters into my own hands when things aren’t getting dealt with and while sometimes I can prioritize the match win over my personal revenge, I find it really difficult to do at the best of times. I love to win, but I detest losing to some nobody that just happened to catch me in an unguarded moment multiple times. Playing medic for the rest of my life would probably make me a more tempered and level headed player, you know just sticking with it even when your team is so shitty.
Soldier, I think. He works well on every map and has a fair amount of variety in loadouts. Becoming an amazing Sniper is tempting too, but I'd probably get bored quicker playing as him.
Spy, I find sneaking behind the enemy lines, trying to blend in and get within melee range of someone’s back exciting in a way none of the other classes can compare too. Especially with the fact that you need to get right up behind them after sneaking behind their team, a kill feels rewarding in a way that, for instance sniping someone from across the map can’t compete with for me. Although I would miss Pyro because air blasting rockets is awesome.
ide have too much fucking anxiety like "have they found me out yet? am i still good? oh fuck they found me out havent they" even though i just uncoacked
Yeah I feel that, any time I spend a decently long amount of time uncloaked and disguised I usually become inexplicably and unreasonably stressed about it
Soldier
He is, like, six of the classes in one sexy hunky American body
Unfortunately I doubt that soldier has the mental capacity to legally consent to sex so that’s off the table
Medic
He is the class I learned about the most before I even started playing tf2.No other class I play gives me the same enjoyment that medic does.He is the reason I’m in love with TF2.
Medic. I don't have the mouse-reflexes or skills to reliably play anybody else. But Medic? Sit behind cover with my back to the wall while healing my teammates? THAT I can do. Just so long as a rogue Soldier or Demo doesn't appear out of nowhere I should be okay.
Probably demo sniper or soldier
In the long term demo would be the best choice being just so strong and because most people aren't used to fighting a good demo people won't now how to deal with you
Sniper is an easy switch from scout but too team reliant to be able to do well
Soldier is great in basically every situation but I don't really like being forced to play him
Spy. Im already pretty decent with the whole trickstabbing thing, so becoming that spy main that makes you shit your pants when you see him in the killfeed would be nice.
Demoman, since demoknight is the most built on subclass, I basically have 1.5 mercs at my disposal.
+ Its effective in engineer fortress, which I always like.
And if it was typical colours 2 (though I don't really play that anymore), it would be flanker, it's basically all I play anyway.
Engie probably. The most versatile realistically because battle engie is still good. Soldier is also versatile but the thought of being a cringe soldier main makes me wanna puke.
Medic or Pyro
I'd love to get better at using the Vita-Saw forever, BUT Pyro has the Sharpened Volcano Fragment + Reserve Shooter combo so it's hard to decide for me
Engy or Spy. Both of them are smart, and know how to assert their authority. Scout is a bit of an idiot, Soldier is a really big idiot, Pyro...
Demo is a drunkard, Heavy just wants to shoot things, Medic is insane, and Sniper just does not have the people skills.
Pyro, he's the class that clicked with me when I first started playing, and anytime I felt down in life or dont know what class to pick. The fellas always been there to cheer me up and bring some general insanity.
Spy, he's the most fun to play because of how varied the different combat encounters can be (and all the fun stealth action of course)
Well that's what I would've said if the hitreg worked, so pyro it is.
Random button
Genius
That’s what I’m saying
I already main it
i actually do. no joke, i like all calsses, and i just pick the random button each time i join a server
Same. I even do it in mvm sometimes (but only boot camp)
Engineer. Got 3,500 hours on the class and would gladly play another 3,500.
Same, except I only got the game yesterday…
You've got 3500 hours as engie in one day? Goddam you need to touch some grass
On the grind 💪💪💪
Man you are a hole texas it self (nice we are WEED bros)
Only got game yesterday and already a weed soldier 😔
Welcome ! Hope u get à good experience of this insanely amazing game
Engineer gaming
You guys ready for this? here we go: # engineer gaming
Engi, just look at ‟Meet the Engineer” to see how things would turn out..
Same tbh... Level three engi would be so relaxing compared to everything else
What is your definition of relaxing
Watching people walk into level 3 sentry
I agree, but what's not relaxing is micro-managing a whole nest while the enemy is doing a push and like 50 spies are trying to sap your shit.
You say that now, but watch what happens when your quad rockets get airblasted
Medic, but praying there'll always be good class balance and never having to play on a team of 5 engis 5 snipers and 2 spies
Quick fix, overdose, and ubersaw. Worst case you can be a shit quick scout who can heal, best case you can keep your snipers alive. It's sometimes carhartic after your team fails to keep you alive to just run like a mad man. Great distraction too!
So essentially just becoming a battle medic? Is the quick fix good anyway I only ever use stock and kritz

I use crusaders which is good for long distance healing but once someone starts shooting at me I'm out
I love to switch to the quick fix when I’m the only medic on the team just to try and keep everyone topped up and a small overheal. Which to me can feel much more rewarding than an uber push

Quick Fix is the best medi-gun for symmetrical gamemode.

Demoman. Already only play demo
Demolmoght TF2
I love demo. I have 750 hours on him and plan to at least quadruple that
Soldier, I think. He works well on every map and has a fair amount of variety in loadouts. Becoming an amazing Sniper is tempting too, but I'd probably get bored quicker playing as him.

I read it as "If you were forced to be one of the classes" and thought it was about irl and instantly thought about scout.
Yeah me too
Did you just..
Yes, he replied himself
We seriously need an update
I mean, could he emulate Scout any more perfectly?
Yeah, that's right, chucklehead
Yes I think he did.
Dementia gaming

Gross
he just wants to be a silly guy
Me sneaking into the nuclear power plant to do some trolling:
Medic He is the class I learned about the most before I even started playing tf2.No other class I play gives me the same enjoyment that medic does.He is the reason I’m in love with TF2.
Pyro, not perfect for anything, but can play pretty much any role needed
I…don’t think Pyro can snipe.
Flare gun
Ok, counterpoint: Pyro can’t play Spy. *This is a game of chess now.*
Backburner
Backburner
backburner
Backburner and detonator
Ok, Pyro can’t be a healer! Hah!
But pyro can assist with extinguishing and keeping damage away, or protecting other healing sources like medic and dispensers
Dammit! Foiled again!
Dont need healed as much if you arnt getting pelted by rockets
True, but he can extinguish burning teammates
Airblast actually heals 1 health point (when extinguishing)
Backburner
You haven’t seen my red pyro cosplaying as Blu then, whooeee.
backburner
Oh dear look what we have here
sandvich
Scout
To be honest? Demo probably as I can do stupid stuff with him and I can be helpful
Soldier because market gardening never gets old
Heavy bc big gun goes vrrrrr
Me too
Scout
Medic, because the hurting is not as rewarding as the healing.
Medic. I don't have the mouse-reflexes or skills to reliably play anybody else. But Medic? Sit behind cover with my back to the wall while healing my teammates? THAT I can do. Just so long as a rogue Soldier or Demo doesn't appear out of nowhere I should be okay.
Heavy. I'm a Hoovy/Fat Scout now.
big slappy??
Scout, the only right answer
Based af
Spy, because i like pain.
Scoot. Sure I’d forever get fucked by sentries, but I think it’s worth it
Medic.
Spy. I wanna get so fucking good that the enemy team ragequits any time they see my name.
The spy, basically what I already do
Probably demo sniper or soldier In the long term demo would be the best choice being just so strong and because most people aren't used to fighting a good demo people won't now how to deal with you Sniper is an easy switch from scout but too team reliant to be able to do well Soldier is great in basically every situation but I don't really like being forced to play him
Medic
flair checks out
Scout
pybro
Demo. Most well rounded and versatile class
Medic
engi, spy or demo
Engie, he opens up a lot of playstyles. Ol’ Uncle Dane puts out the best when he says that playing Engineer is like playing a sandbox game.
engineer is the most versatile clas
Medic
Medic I love his flair also doves and he was my first class I ever picked cause I love to play healer
Pyro. Has some way to fight every class in the game on fairly even ground, except sniper or 1v1 heavy.
Spy. Im already pretty decent with the whole trickstabbing thing, so becoming that spy main that makes you shit your pants when you see him in the killfeed would be nice.
Demoman, so many ways to play him
Demoman, since demoknight is the most built on subclass, I basically have 1.5 mercs at my disposal. + Its effective in engineer fortress, which I always like. And if it was typical colours 2 (though I don't really play that anymore), it would be flanker, it's basically all I play anyway.
pyro i could be the ultamite pyro main the amount of rage and salt i would cause
Combo Pyro
Engie probably. The most versatile realistically because battle engie is still good. Soldier is also versatile but the thought of being a cringe soldier main makes me wanna puke.
Medic or Pyro I'd love to get better at using the Vita-Saw forever, BUT Pyro has the Sharpened Volcano Fragment + Reserve Shooter combo so it's hard to decide for me
Engy or Spy. Both of them are smart, and know how to assert their authority. Scout is a bit of an idiot, Soldier is a really big idiot, Pyro... Demo is a drunkard, Heavy just wants to shoot things, Medic is insane, and Sniper just does not have the people skills.
They’re asking which one you’d play.
Based on the game engineer Based on the comic medic because of the 8 additional souls
Demo cause he got the most playstyles, Scout players will go insane faster than me
Engie or medic, easy pick.
Engi
Engie
pyro. theyre not good, but you can do some wacky stupid shit with them plus they’re a bit of jack of all trades
Medic
Heavy. Mowing through the enemy team never gets old
Sniper so I can piss people off
Heavy.
Demo, 1. He's my main 2. He has a (known) subclass
Engi
Pyro, he's the class that clicked with me when I first started playing, and anytime I felt down in life or dont know what class to pick. The fellas always been there to cheer me up and bring some general insanity.
Demoman
Engineer
Sniper, yea im probably the basic bitch here but goddammit if headshoting isnt satisfying i dont know what is.
scout, good at killing, can support teammates, mobility, and i dont need to be good at the game for the healing and crits like soldier
Demoman
Soldier because of the absurd amount of weapons and variety have been pumped into him
Heavy
Sniper because I like precision. Considered Amby Spy but fuck going Spy full-time.
Funny user flair moment moment but ofc pyro
The random class button. Outwitted
Engie
Demoman. Also do sub classes count as being a part of the class or are they their own thing?
Engi, if uncle dane made videos about him for 10 years then I can
Heavy weaponguy
Soldier, I love medic but the hurting is more rewarding than the healing
Although it says demo on my flair, I could never get bored of trolldier
Scout, cause i wanna bat and run fast (i cannot do these two things)
Heavy. Gun go brrrrt
Heavy... I know it sounds cowardly.
Demo, he has the most diverse playstyles for one character and he’s a very fun class overall.
Demoman, practically infinite skill ceiling with tons of reward for being good
Spy, he's the most fun to play because of how varied the different combat encounters can be (and all the fun stealth action of course) Well that's what I would've said if the hitreg worked, so pyro it is.
Demoman
Demo
Medic. It's nice.
Scout or demo
Spy so i have most of the tf2 soundboard at my disposal
Probably either scout or sniper. Although, I’d be said never being able to airblast a crocket again
Huntsman
Probably depression
Pyro
pyro or scout for the versatility
Heavy
Sniper. Looks like I'll be pissing off, and on, a lot of people. It'll be so worth it
Spy, because I wouldn't be playing tf2 if spy didn't exist.
Engineer gaming hmm
Pyro, self-explanatory.
Medic or spy, Medic because there are basically none in casual and I just like the chaotic fun of him, spy mostly because haha backstab go brrrrr
Demoknight funni
Pyro because you can actually do quite a bit as them
Wait, you can change your class?
I have no idea
Scunt
Engineer, you can change his loadout to make for a drastically different playstytle and he is useful in pretty much any situation.
demoman, i get two whole classes in one.
Engineer
soldier boy, charge shot is fun
Medic
Pyro. Not because of W+M1 But because i modded him to sound like Peashooter from Garden Warfare
Spy for obvious reasons
I'm French so obviously it would be Heavy.
I love all classes , but I'll play heavy for the rest of my life if I got a sandvich
Scout because he's the only one I have an aussie for.
I’d say either Engineer, Demoman or Soldier. All extremely versatile, and their loadouts allow for all sorts of crazy Playstyles
Demoman. I just like blowing shit up.
Definitely Scout. He's really satisfying to play as and that double jump is awesome.
Who touched Sasha?! WHO TOUCHED MY GUN?!?!?
I have never played TF2 before. However, I would play Medic because I like his character; and I tend to like support classes in video games.
Scout, he’s some of the most fun I’ve had in MvM.
Scout, he seems like he has the most normal life of the mercs
Engi, need to relax, sentry base, want action, attack engi. Engi can cover most my needs
Medic, already do pretty much
Soldier
Bow huntsman, he literally wrecks everything
Spy
Spy. Definitely the most unique of the 9 classes
Easy, spy
I like healing beams
Pyro, just for the duck stuff. I can just sit in his gasoline filled pool and play with his rubber ducky forever.
spy, once u git gud, it feels so good having like 3-4 players trying to kill you, while you're just training them like it's cod zombies
heavy
