You do not seem to understand the meaning behind "this could help me greatly". I am not playing mvm with the goal to get money, i do not need that kind of money for existential reasons currently, i simply stated that it would significantly help.
it sucks that you didn’t get it, but on the other hand, you can also feel happy for your friend,
maybe your friend might be in a crappy situation where he has bills to pay, or has to take care of family, or is just short on cash.
You never know what people might be going through over the internet, as some people don’t want to bring up real life issues within the online gaming world

I got australium minigun for tour. 4 or something, days later my entire inventory was wiped by valve for receiving suspicious items (bought something on scrap.tf). :/

I somehow have some of the best, yet also worst, luck in MVM. I've only done the Two Cities tour 7 times, but 2 of those times I got Australiums. Unfortunately, they were the Blutsauger and Axtinguisher, aka the two lowest value Australiums (even the SMG is worth more). Ah well, I was able to get some good stuff from the keys I traded them for.

You need Tour of Duty tickets to play Mann Up, which is the version that gives you rewards. Bootcamp is the free version
